We were the only two on the tour for the evening. Oscar was our personal guide and it was so easy. The highlight was getting to go to Illumination Tower to change the lights on the falls and get an incredible view.

The experience was perfect. Our dinner was superb and the boat ride was fantastic. Great view of the Falls and the fireworks hit the mark. The best part of the excursion was changing the colors on the Falls in the Illumination Tower. Supposedly a rare treat. Our guide. Oscar, was knowledgeable and knew exactly where to find us at each leg of our journey. We had a fun time and well worth the price.

The Illumination Tower is amazing and completely worth it - don't miss it. Our guide Oscar was equally amazing and very accommodating (my older mother struggled with the walk back up after the cruise and he went and got the van to pick us up and had helpful tips for making the timing of the tour work. The overall timings of the tour (I assume set by the tour company) could use a little adjusting. Dinner was rushed and we had to get our pudding to go and the whole evening just felt like we were rushing from one place to the next, until we got to the Illumination Tower and there is an immediate feeling of peace and calm. The tour just needs to start an hour or so earlier and it would be amazing if there could be something worked out with the boat tour to avoid the massive queues - if you're paying a premium experience it would be amazing not to have to be shuttled like cattle.

It felt very rushed from start to finish. Coordinating was lacking. When booking our hotel was not listed as a pick up point so we went to the pick up point offered, the driver showed up at the hotel. He did come get us at our designated pickup, then we went to dinner where our “view” was somewhat instructed by other dinners and we were seated with strangers. From the photos it appears you get a window seat in the restaurant by yourselves and that is most definitely not the case. After dinner we rush to the boat and there are hundreds of people ahead of us, so if you want to make sure you have a great view of the falls and fireworks you need to be there early. The changing of the lights was a neat experience. I think if I booked all of this separately it would not have cost so much. Oscar was our tour guide, he did good and I don’t fault him for the mix up in pick up location, that’s on the business. For drop off he did drop us at the hotel which was much appreciated!

Great experience. Your guide was friendly and knowledgeable. You do get wet on the boat but they do provide ponchos

The food was amazing The fireworks on the water was beautiful and to get to change the lights on the falls was a once in a lifetime experience the only issue we had was the boat we assumed it would be a smaller group boat It was not We still had a blast and enjoyed

Fun experience. Lighting up the falls was a plus. Good upscale dinner included. Sam, our guide, was great.

Rerouted our trip in order to come in on Sunday for this. The SeaSight tour company did not have us on their schedule to pick up even though we had a confirmation number and ticket from Viator. Am requesting a full refund as our entire excursion was canceled.

The driver was late for the entire trip. When we finally got started he took us directly to the restaurant and gave us under an hour to order and eat. Then we had to rush to make the boat ride at 9pm. The boat ride and Illumination Tower saved the trip from being a failure. The driver was very pleasant but very unorganized!
