You lost a customer! After waiting for 1 hour, for a pick up schedule at 4 AM, I contacted the tour agent, which told me that the tour had been cancelled. This is unacceptable. The least you can do is to provide me a full refund, but I would expect more than that, given the circunstances. Regards, Luis Correia

The cancellation and lack of timely notice was an exceptional mistake, and we understand your frustration. As soon as we were informed, we immediately offered you the option to move your tour to another day, and when this was not suitable, we provided a full refund right away. In addition, we also offered a free airport transfer as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to this offer. While this was an isolated incident, we acknowledge that it should not have happened at all. Please be assured that we are taking steps to improve our communication and ensure such situations are avoided in the future. The trip was poorly organised. Upon reaching Denizli we did not see our guide. We tried to contact Viator and the person in charge no response from both side. We were stranded outside the airport for 1 hour at 4degree! We got a local to call the person in charge then 1 hour later someone picked up up. Few hours later they replied explaining because the car broke down (benefits of doubt). Upon returning to Istanbul same thing happened they did not arrange for our airport transfer again! Overall, this trip is a waiting game! 😞
The local guide was knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Learned lots about the site. The local tour company made all the arrangements to get from my hotel in Istanbul and back again on the same day, and all went off without any problem.
Metin helped us book Pamukkale tour from Istanbul for my husband's birthday.We not only had a great and comfortable trip to pamukkale but also learned a few hacks from Metin regarding sight seeing in Istanbul. We had talked to a lot of agents before talking to Metin at Before Travel but glad that we made our booking with Before Travel.
