Great and courteous service and beautiful places to visit, it was raining and they gave us umbrellas plus an explanation on what we were going to visit

Our driver, Hafiz, was very nice and in contact with us to give us his exact location so when we got off the ship we could easily find him. He also brought us through the ticketing area and helped us exchange our vouchers to wristbands at Stonehenge. He dropped us off and met us in a perfect location in Salisbury. We were offered water for our drive. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I understood that this private vehicle held 6 people AND 2 pieces of luggage per person. Unfortunately, we had luggage inside the area where we sat and it made it very uncomfortable for 3+ hour journey back to our hotel in London.

David, our driver was amazing! He was impeccably dressed and so professional, the car was equally impressive. He was at the terminal waiting for us with a sign despite our 1 hr delay due to the customs process. He greeted us, helped us with our luggage and never complained about the delay. He was friendly and despite his claim of not being a tour guide, pointed out sights along the way and gave us great insight on the culture in London! Prior to the pick up day he instructed us on how to get the tickets for both Salisbury and Stonehenge, which we very much appreciated. He impressed us further by having all of our tickets printed out for us in case we weren't able to, which was so thoughtful. Once we got to Salisbury, we went on our own and when we were done, he picked us up, not making us adhere to a set time. When we got back into the car he had a beautiful arrangement of snacks for us along with different cold drinks which was perfect. We continued on to Stonehenge where once again, impressed us further by actually walking us out to the ticket booth, getting our wristbands for us and even putting them on us as he directed us on how to visit the site to get the most out of it! The last part of the ride was very fun as was talked a lot about places to visit, eat, and the do's and don's of London. Once we arrived at our lodging, David stopped and helped us unload all of our bags and would not leave until he knew we were in our apartment safely and didn't need anything else. David made the entire day an amazing way to start our stay in London! We can't say enough good things about this experience. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Salisbury Cathedral & Magna Carta were fascinating and informative. Stonehenge was expressive. Well worth the expense. Our driver (David) was excellent.

David was excellent! Timely, professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic trip. He had an awesome van that made the 4 of us extremely comfortable.
