The car was very comfortable and air conditioned. The driver was friendly and helpful at the different sites we visited!
Tom, the driver, was great! An excellent driver who was friendly and knowledgeable. The van was clean and comfortable. As a private trip, it was not a tour, but took us to Salisbury, Stonehenge, and Westminster. Highly recommend as an easy way to see these three amazing sites in a day.
We throughly enjoyed our private tour with Tomas. He was very knowledgeable and highly recommend him.
Pickup and drop off was very smooth. The vehicle was very nice and held our luggage for the day. Be aware, this is a driver service only taking you to the attractions and does not include any additional admission costs and the driver is not a tour guide and does not provide narrative. It met our need for the day after getting off a cruise ship and seeing some sights before our evening flight.
We had a great tour experience that was customized for our group to visit Stonehenge and Salisbury. Tom provided great communication before our trip and great service during our tour. He was very friendly and even provided us with bottled water and recommended a pub for us at lunch which was delicious. The van was comfortable and air conditioned and fit our group of seven perfectly. I would highly recommend going with him for any tours he provides. He will take good care of your group. Will definitely use him again when we return.
We were very happy with the service Tom provided. He was punctual, professional, and made our trip enjoyable with a guided tour along the way. We also appreciated his flexibility in adjusting to our change of plans and dropping us off at a different location upon request. Everything was smooth and well-organized — highly recommended! Also, his vehicle is super clean!!!
Got there early at 0930, it was great. Crowds got worse later in the day. Download the free Stonehenge Audio Tour App before you go. Dont pay for an extra App! Tickets arrived via Tiquets and they ripped us off for an extra $5 App. It never came and went thru hell to get refund.
We booked with Hampton Private Transfers for their Stonehenge/Salisbury Private trip and to pick us up from Heathrow to go to Southampton where our cruise was leaving. In addition they picked us up after the cruise to bring us back to Heathrow. The team was fantastic to work with in terms of booking and answering our questions beforehand. We were lucky enough to have the same driver for all the trips, Tamas. He was very lovely and a really great conversationalist! He was able to give us some pointers/tips ahead of our trip to Stonehenge/Salisbury. We would totally recommend using their services and would book again without a doubt!
Tom was very helpful from the first communication helping me select the proper times for the tours. He arrived a few minutes early at our hotel. His drop off and pick up times and locations were very clear. Tom was a very safe and courteous driver. I would use him again.
Tom was very professional and gave us helpful tips prior to dropping us at Stonehenge. We never felt rushed or on a strict time schedule.
