Amazing experience. Great for travelers that want to get out of the City for only half day and want to see Tuscany. The wine tours were great and we learned a lot about wine.

Our guide Leonardo was amazing

Our tour guide, Julia, was great! Because we booked the earliest 1/2 day tour, we stopped in San Gimignano first, which I loved, before visiting two local, family owned wineries. At the second winery, we also got to sample different olive oils they produced. Overall, a good, solid experience!

This tour gave us an overview of the beautiful, picturesque Tuscan countryside, as well as a few of its small towns. The two wineries that we visited were very informative about their wines and the region, plus the people leading the wine tastings were friendly. Niccola was our tour guide, and he was very passionate about the history of the area as well as the wines. He gave us unique educational information about the region and its wines, and we enjoyed his tour very much. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see beautiful countryside and taste enjoyable wines at two different wineries.

Although we enjoyed the scenery and stops throughout the trip, the experience was lacking in our opinion. The time spent in San Giminiano was not enough for how amazing the town was. We were only able to spend 1 hour total including the 10 minute trek from the bus (one-way). So realistically, only 40 to spend within the actual town itself. The wineries themselves were good. We liked that we got to visit both a smaller winery as well as a more renowned winery. However, the experience was lackluster. The only thing we were able to do there were taste a limited selection of wine and eat some antipasto. We were incredibly disappointed to not have been given an opportunity to tour the vineyards or shown the process to make the wine from vine to barrel to ship. Our tour guides, although funny, were little more than chaperones. We liked that the tour group was small and a little bit more intimate but we likely won’t book a half day tour again.

An excellent excursion. Good scenery, the 2 wine tastings were good, and the visit to Monteriggioni is very beautiful. Marta is a super friendly guide and explains many interesting things. Our driver Coli is very kind!

Sofia and Silvio were AMAZINGGG. It was literally so easy to find Sofia at the entry. Instructions were so clear. Silvio got us to and from safely and the ride was great. Sofia was so much fun and so clear with her instructions on when we would be leaving each winery etc. the winery’s themselves were so so great we enjoyed our time there so much. We ended up buying 9 bottles of wine that’s how good it was. Would absolutely do it again and the half day was perfect. Also went to a cute little village about 10 minutes away from the second winery which I thought was a really nice touch. Got to see some authentic sides of this region.

Beautiful relaxing day - we visited two Tuscan wineries and Monteriggioni. There is the opportunity to buy wine but it's not a hard sell. The food and wine tasting was marvelous. A fabulous experience in beautiful surroundings. One of our trip highlights.
