Wine blending was a blast!! Love talking with out guide
Linda was the best sommelier to this day. She did an incredible job with teaching us about the history, flavors, depth, and richness about select wines. I will 100% recommend having her as your sommelier. I learned so much about wine via this experience, she was incredibly knowledge and kind.

This wine blending class was such a fun experience and one of the highlights of our trip! I learned so much about wine, especially about the characteristics and flavors that specific grape varieties should have on their own. It was really interesting to taste and understand how each grape contributes something different. We also had the opportunity to blend different grapes to recreate popular wine blends, which was both educational and interactive. The best part was creating our own custom blend based on our personal tastes. Such a unique and hands-on experience — I would highly recommend this class to anyone who enjoys wine or wants to learn more in a fun and approachable way!
What a great wine class. We learned the different wines, where they came from and what the properties were. Then we were allowed to mix wines and then make our own mixes, after which we were allowed to take our own mixed wine home with our own label. Linda was an excellent host and we highly recommend this masterclass!
We gave a tasting to our friend for the bachelor party. Linda told us the whole story of the birth of wine in Tuscany and beyond. It was a fun and interesting experience, but above all different from the usual: in the end you take home a wine created by you, with test tubes and all the equipment that make you available!

We started off by tasting 5 different kinds of wine, while our chef Linda described the wines. After the tasting, we mixed the wines to create 3 types of wine with beaker and pipettes. We finished off with mixing our own wine. Overall great experience, would recommend.
