Ivan and George did an amazing job showing us around Budapest! We were especially thankful for their knowledge & willingness to give us the tour on Christmas Eve!

It was great. Wondering Driver and such a knowledgeable guide! Would love to go back and see even more!

Our driver Luka made this tour so worth it! He picked us up bright and early at the doorstep of our Vienna hotel in a huge mercades van even though there was only 3 of us. We told him ahead of time that our main objective of visiting Budapest is to grab lunch at infamous New York Cafe and take a dip in the thermal hotsprings. Although this is not usually part of the tour package, Luka was determined to make it happen. He was able to fit it in our schedule along with the usual parts of the tour. He is very friendly, speaks great English, and knowledgable on Budapest (as much as the actual tour guide) so I don't even think getting the tour guide add on is necessary. In fact we felt that our tour guide kind of rushed us even though we wanted our photo opps. But Luka made everything much better! Because of our unusual stop requests, Luka stayed an additional few hours in the city just for us as he waited for us to enjoy our time at the hotspring, getting back to Vienna very late. Overall highly recommend the driver Luka!

Trip advisor promised a driver available to us for the full day and a tailor made itinerary. When we arrived in Budapest our driver, Peter, told us his instructions were to simply drive us to Budapest and leave us to our own devices for 5 hours then drive us back. We showed him the trip advisor app and he confirmed that he was not a guide so he then rang his boss who told him to charge us an extra 30 Euros and drive us around. Peter tried his best to accommodate us and refused to charge the extra as we had both been misled. He tried his very best to show us as much if Budapest as he could. We are very disappointed with Trip Advisor as it's advertising appears to be false and misleading. I would not book through Trip Advisor or its associated companies again.

The whole day was great and our guide Timo was so accommodating. We took in a lot in one day and we are grateful for the experience.

Our driver Peter was terrific; friendly, courteous, punctual . Our local guide Sofia was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and a BIG personality....at times "over the top" in enthusiasm. ..a bit much actually. All in all, we enjoyed our visit to Budapest. As our home base was Vienna, we observed the stark difference of the condition of these two cities; Vienna, picture perfect , clean and well maintained, Budapest; a bit run down , tired and somewhat neglected.

We had an amazing trip to Budapest . Our driver today again ( after Prague yesterday ) was Kris - a wonderful / courteous / thoughtful and knowledgeable young man . Very safe driver . He made our trip extra special - even drove us to the top of Pest for a beautiful city view . Our guide Anita was fantastic . Overall - we would highly recommend this tour . Ask for Kris .

The tour was okay, but not enough. We went to Pest side only, we wanted to see the Buda side as well.

Petar was our driver. He was excellent and friendly. Our local guide was also great. Both allowed us to customize the trip and visit the attractions we wanted to visit (fishermans bastion and the budapest baths). Highly recommend both stops. Learned a lot about budapest in the day trip from vienna and it was a very comfortable ride. Highly recommend this trip!

Our driver Kris was extremely careful and courteous! We met our guide Bob in Prague at the Castle, and I have requested in advance a schedule for the walking tour, which he complied. Bob was an excellent guide, who gave us extra time!. For three hours we were submerged in the history of Prague! I highly recommend this tour!
