Very informative. We enjoyed hearing the history of Beefeaters and the history of the Tower of London. An enjoyable experience.

Lisa was the Beefeater who was our guide. She was wonderful and refreshing. So full of information and kept the group engaged the whole time with little effort. Number 422 rocks!

We very much enjoyed the Tower of London. The first hour was full of great detailed information by our guide as well as the Beefeater. It was lovely to learn so much about the yeoman Warders of the tower. So much history found in the heart of London. Completely recommend this tour to get in early before the crowds arrive.

Tower of London is an amazing place with lots of amazing stories. enjoyed meeting a beefeater and hearing their stories

Too much self guidance is needed on this tour. They should have told us to get audio. Also, I have done a full tour before and the beef eater gave greater details of sites. Our guide took us past the traitors gate with no input of its purpose which I believe is a highlight.

A cliché, but it's a must do when visiting London. We took one of the guided tours by one of the Yeoman Warders (Garry 420) which was excellent.

This was not much of a tour for $100. There was a lot of talking and not touring. It would have been great to have a tour of the grounds.

The information that was sent to me about the meeting point was NOT the actual meeting point . We were lucky to find the group close to the entrance otherwise we would’t have been able to enter the Tower since the tour guide had the list of tourists with himself . The tour guide also complained about this happening very often . It was stressful running back and forth worried about loosing our tickets . II payed more the $400 for this . Very disappointing!! It was a good thing that we arrived with plenty of time to waste it looking for our group. I also tried calling the contact number posted in the information sent by Viator but nobody ever answered . Besides that the tour was good .

It was great and learned so much. Gary was the Beefeater for our tour group and he was informative and amusing at the same time. So much to see and take in, the time after the tour, finish it off perfectly!!

Tour guide didn’t check-in with Tower of London group reservations ahead of time so they had no record of our group (total of 23 ppl). We were left standing outside in the rain, and when she finally got it sorted, we could not wait for the Beefeater which she mentioned had never been scheduled.
