Not worth the money, buy tickets from Buckingham Palace Web site or at the gate
This was supposed to be a guided tour. Viator charged us $92 a person plus tax totalling $191 for two tickets. The only guided portion of the trip was from the Duke of York statue to Buckingham Palace, then the guide dropped us off at the entrance where we did the self-guided tour like everyone else but they only paid 32GBP (tax included) roughly $42 USD. I would like a refund of $107 from Viator

We would like to clarify that your booking was not for admission tickets alone. The price included a guided walking tour from the Duke of York statue to Buckingham Palace, as well as reserved access to the palace. As stated in the tour information, the visit inside Buckingham Palace is conducted with an audio guide rather than a live guide.

Great experience!
Although we only did the Palace tour, it was absolutely marvelous! Very well organized and not too crowded. The only downside was that some rooms are under restoration, so the temporary walls blocked some viewing. We were told to come back next year when it would all be finished! (LOL)! The cafe was lovely and food very good.

Excellent walking tour and interior view of palace
The walking tour was great ! We had a lady called Louise who was entertaining and knowledgeable ! The interior of the palace was fantastic

Chance of a lifetime
The Palace was lovely. We had a family member with a knee issue and the walk from the York Column to the palace was a very long way for them.

Buckingham Palaca and the...
Buckingham Palaca and the tour upto was lovely. The Palace was a bit hot due to renovations taking place. It was more like a museum. Glad I got to see it.

Very good and interesting but also very crowded on entry - felt like a cattle market!!

Highly Recommend !
We had the chance to see the state rooms after hours in a small group tour. We totally enjoyed it. Being able to see the rooms you’ve seen on tv up close was very special. Joann our guide did fantastic job and was so enthusiastic. John and Tina were very accommodating. We highly recommend this tour!
