- 火曜日、木曜日、土曜日は歩兵隊の交代はありませんので、ウェストミンスター・シティのウォーキング・ツアーにご参加いただけます。 ホースガーズでの馬番交代パレードが見られるかもしれないが、それは保証されていない。

Natalie was amazing, she made sure we had front row seats for the start of the changing of the guard procession, entering the palace and then being dismissed before. Her stories were highly entertaining. The inside of the Palace is simply breathtaking, a must see and a highlight of the trip. Thank you Natalie from Liverpool 🤣😂🤣😂💂♂️

So much information and guide (Caterina) absolutely first class. We managed to miss most of the crowds until the Palace, but gardens amazing.
Viewing point of new guard going on too far away, disappointing,
I did not have a good experience and I do not recommend this tour. The tour misleads you into believing you will see the Changing of the Guard in front of the palace gates. I did my research and I know that the ceremony takes place in front of the palace gates on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am. So the reason that I was given regarding the processional route is not accurate. It was an awful tour and I could had better viewing for free of charge. As a gesture of “goodwill” I was offered a 10% refund of an over 300 USD dollar fee. This is not a gesture of good will. I do a lot of traveling and I would be extremely cautious about using this company for any tours in the future. This was supposed to be a highlight of my trip and the experience was completely ruined by misleading information. When we were told that the headset did not work we were expected to grin and bear it. This undermined the experience and and is not good customer service. The tour guide should have made certain those devices worked before starting the tour. The responsive to my complaint was completely dismissive and inadequate and I plan on escalating my complaint further.

The Changing of the Guards Ceremony is a moving parade that travels through Wellington Barracks, St James's Park, and Buckingham Palace. Because it is a free, public event, crowds gather very early, and it is not always possible or guaranteed to secure a viewing spot directly in front of the Buckingham Palace gates. As noted in our tour details, access and viewing locations depend heavily on crowd sizes, which are entirely outside of our control. We also apologize for the issue with the headset during your tour. We expect our equipment to be fully functional before departure, and we regret the frustration this caused when it failed. Regarding your complaint and the offer provided, we value all customer feedback as we continuously work to improve our services and communication. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
Our tour guide Katheleen was wonderful! She explained the history very well. She made sure we saw everything we signed up for with best views.

We arrived early to the palace and then didcovered we were to meet at a different location. The information was there but you had to look for it. We arrived at the meeting place late and joined a feparting group, but did not have a headset to listen to the guide. Aaron was a superb guide, providing tones of information while being entertaining at the same time. Also optimized viewing of the "Guard" by strategically positioning the group for best experience.
Flora was very inclusive and answered everyone’s questions making sure everyone knew the question asked prior to answering so the whole group heard the response.
