This tour is perfect to see David quickly, but still with the knowledge of how he was sculpted and an intro into the Renaissance period. Fantastic!
Very efficient was to see David if you only have limited time. Very informative and easy access. Time to walk around on your own after as well

Extremely disappointing experience with this travel company. I had booked tickets for the Academy Museum in Florence for a visit at 4pm, but when we arrived we were informed that the number of tickets sold far exceeded the capacity of the museum, making our visit impossible. I contacted the company to ask for a refund, but I was simply told it was impossible. I find this unacceptable and unfair, as it is obvious that the company sells an excessive number of tickets without worrying about the actual capacity. Very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and understanding. I would not recommend this company at all.
The trip was very quick, only a short security line of maybe 5 minutes to get in. The guide was so knowledgeable and the gallery limits the number of people allowed in so it was not overly crowded. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to see the statue of David or the gallery in general
I did not catch the name of our guide, but she was very very good and informative. We learned so much about the history of all of the artwork which made us appreciate it so much more.
Excellent tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and I had a private tour since it was later in the day. Fast tracked to see David but also learned about other artwork. Highly recommend!
The manager of the agency is simply unfriendly and extremely poorly organized. We had to go to the agency at 9 a.m., but the employees were unable to give us the tickets in his absence. She was arguing with all the customers present, without letting us speak. Finally, at 9:27 a.m., she released us into the office gallery, without tickets and without audio guides! You might as well go it alone or take another agency! The gallery is full of masterpieces, but without an audio guide, it's incomplete.
Our guide was excellent. She was very very good and knowledgeable. We enjoyed it very much. We enjoyed our time here.
