I made a dive trip and I have to highlight the assistance of the dive operators. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, both this and the professionalism made my diving pleasant and perfect. I thank the company and the seriousness of the dive operators who did not dive rewarding and safe
Time was our guide and was willing to substitute at the last minute and we are very thankful. She showed us the palace and its artifacts and art in a way we would have passed by if there on our own. Her knowledge was extensive and told in a way that all tied together. What a talented and informative guide. Thank you, Tina; for a wonderful experience.
It’s a climb but beautiful. The palace tour all seems to be on the upper levels, so fine when you get there. The gardens are very hilly and it’s quite a climb to the top level so be warned. It is beautiful but if you are not used to walking up quite steep hills allow yourself a bit of time to make sure you get to see it all.
No need to pay 11€ for the Bardini and Boboli gardens. Nothing to see in summer and view of the Dome blocked by a crane... No flowers. Very expensive. Don't waste your time because you can have a very beautiful view of Michelangelo Square.
Enjoyed the tour but be prepared for a lot of steps! Especially liked Bardini Gardens. Ellena gave us a lot of art history:)
Garden paying 10 e per person, without any interest, except possibly the view... no flowers, just trees .. (in April ) While a few steps away there is a much more beautiful free view!
Due to some no shows we had a private tour. Our guide was very informative and pleasant. It was a terribly hot day but we stopped for refreshments and took it easy. The Bardini Gardens were a highlight with magnificent views.
My husband and I took this tour in anticipation of bringing out readings about the Medici family to real life. Our guide was able to fill in the blanks for us. We learned about their lifestyle, their art collections and their importance in Florence overall. It was delightful to have such a knowledgeable guide who was so in synch with us.
We arrived at the meeting location. however Viator did not forward our reservation information to the tour service. Alissa did everything she could to get us our tour, including giving the tour herself, as her guides were sent home for the day because Viator never informed them of our $600 tour reservation. Stressful, to say the least. But Alisa was FANTASTIC!!! Our tour lasted for 3 & 1/2 hours, but because of the Viator error we never got to the Baldini Gardens. A disappointment. Viator needs to get their act together and not have this happen to any other tourists.
