Great service Joao was a wonderful driver There was some confusion finding him but that was my error as my phone was still on airplane mode

Overall, not a bad experience. Pickup was timely and drop off was good. Depending on the circumstance, I’d use them again.

Rui went beyond expectations. Our luggage was lost and he waited an extra hour while lost and found at the airport searched and eventually found the luggage. Rui kept in touch and waited and that meant so much after a lot of aggravation. Highly recommend
