Top organized tour with an attentive guide Mr. Billy, who had a lot of interesting information for us. The journey took just over 2 hours but was still entertaining.
To compensate, there were optional options to explore the island by bike or go swimming. The boat was new and modern, with a delicious buffet.

Seaday out to Halong bay
Achieved this experience that I have waited. The car drive was long over 3 hours with a rest stop shopping and coffee.
Got onto cruise and felt warmly welcomed with drinks. Lunch included but fruits and dessert donuts were just insufficient for all
Don guided with care and good presentations.

Acceptable services
Part of our 5-day vacation to Hanoi, we participated in the day cruise for less than 60 dollars each 4 of little kid family. I felt that the activities are not for our small kids, considering how hard it was for cave trekking and walking. Snacks on the cruise was limited and costly drinks i think. But all things considered, we just came for relaxation, photography and took it very easy.

Happy we visited Ha Long Bay!
Super fun experience seeing the beautiful ha long bay, amazing cave and islands. Everything went really smooth, the guide was funny and super friendly. (Payed extra for drinks) We choose the speedboat option - it was super fun!
Bring you bathingsuit for the jacuzzi.

Ha long bay day cruise
This is a must do while in Hanoi. Good bang for buck. Don was a great guide, very helpful.
Comfortable ride, enough to do in the tour.
Quite long but enjoyable. Amazing views and even more amazing sunset. We were very lucky to have such great weather. The only reason I lowered one star was the food and drinks, the food wasn't that appealing to us. And I would suggest improving the quality of the cocktails, and serve colder beers. Also a canopy in the roof deck would be great for those that want to enjoy the view, without cooking under the
sun.

It was a pleasant trip with a friendly guide design.
Thanks to our friendly guide Doan, this Ha Long Bay trip became truly unforgettable. He provided detailed and kind explanations about every site, helping us understand the history, culture, and beauty of the bay in depth. Beyond guiding, he offered professional photo-shooting services so that we could take home not only memories but also beautiful pictures. His humor and witty remarks made the atmosphere light and fun, engaging all of us and keeping our interest throughout the day. At the same time, his professionalism and respect for the guests showed that he was a guide who genuinely cares about making the experience valuable and enjoyable. Thanks to Doan, we felt safe, comfortable, and entertained from beginning to end. I highly recommend him to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay, as his passion and dedication truly enhance the journey.
