It was a great day trip. Umberto provided many Information and stories about the area even some inside tip on where to get the best local pasteries
Cristian took us on a beautiful and relaxing tour. So nice to get out of busy Palermo and spend most of day in Segenta and Erice.
I found that 3 sites to visit are too dense for a single day. In particular Trapani would have deserved more time and free time, the tour was only guided and I would have liked to stroll there by myself. I was delighted with the magnificent temple of segeste ai so that de erice on the other hand, which is a small gem on its mountain. The guide was very good.
A wonderful and interesting tour. Medieval town reached by hair pin curves with wonderful views of the surrounding towns. Delicious Italian pastries gave us sustenous as we strolled the cobble stone streets. our guide was so knowledgeable and delighted us with history.
We covered a lot of ground with Umberto on our tour. Roberto was very friendly and informative. While we were driving, he talked some, but didn’t talk the whole time which was nice. We had our six kids with us, ages 20 to 28, so they appreciated the quiet time. He was a great driver, especially in Palermo, where the streets are insane. He gave us free time at the temple. Walked us through Erice and gave us lots of stories, took us to a wonderful bakery and took us to RISTORANTE PIZZERIA VENUS for lunch which ended up being in the top three restaurants that we went to. We then drove to the salt fields, which was very fascinating. We bought some fresh salt. Umberto gave us a bunch of recipes on the way back to the hotel. Overall, it was a great day learned and saw a lot.
Segesta was fantastic. Very good guide Cristian. Beautiful weather. Erice was very educational and nice.
Cristian, our tour guide took us to Greek ruins in Sargenta, Elymian medieval town of Erice, and salt flats. He spoke English and explained all sites perfectly. Highly recommend this tour!
Great tour. Our guide Umberto was very conversational with a great knowledge and pride in Sicily. He took us through Erice explaining the town and introduced us the Maria! Segesta and Erice are fantastic!
