Perfect weekend experience with Jonathan and The Tour Store
Thank you to Jonathan for making our weekend stress-free!! Jonathan was awesome! Airport pick up, Alcatraz tour, Fisherman wharf, 49ers shuttle to the game and back to airport all without a hitch! Cannot recommend enough!! FIVE PLUS STARS, would not hesitate to use this company, they will customize a package for you, we were a group of 10 with limited time! Thank you for a great experience, we appreciate the little extras you did for us!

Terrible ticket process
Visitor sold ticket and then changed time. Sent text messages but no mention of time change. Text didn’t include code for ticket. Couldn’t find code. Emailed and called Viator with no answer or reply. Turns out time was changed to 4+ hours earlier and we didn’t know so tickets were invalid. We are very unhappy about our experience with this company. Over $500 in dispute. We went and bought directly at the pier and extended our stay to use the new Alcatraz tickets. We suggest you go buy direct and avoid the stress and loss of funds.

Time were assigned as stated in advance.
Not a surprise. Reread the package then change your review so you do not look silly.

Trip to Alcatraz
Very unique place. Lots of history. The audio tour was great! It really told a story. The pictures and actual items in the cells gave you an idea of what it was really like.

Guests who can not afford these packages are advised to plan 6-8 months in advance.
When Alcatraz is sold out it isn’t about how much you pay it’s about how we can be there for you to make magic happen!
The value of ticket access is in the eye of the beholder. Guests should always book 6-9 months out to save the most money.

Amazing experience, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk up steep inclines. Wear a jumper as it gets quite cold on top of the hill.

Family adventure
Great day out for the family.
Enjoyed both Alcatraz then the Aquarium.
The audio tour was the highlight for both adults and the kids aged 9 and 13.
