Communication beforehand and upon landing was great. They were careful to get the correct destination address. It was a smooth ride into Tokyo city. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service. The driver contacted me before leaving Australia to confirm time & where to meet. He arrived early & was very efficient collecting us & our luggage. We had a pleasant journey to our accommodation. The car was huge, clean & very comfortable
We waited for 35 minutes. The company asked for our flight number. Great, assume they are tracking our arrival. We get to the arrival hall. No driver. Have to text the company (they do not answer phone calls). Driver is “3-6 minutes away.” 35 mins later, he walks in. The whole point of paying for this service was no fuss when we arrive. We are exhausted after 24 hours of travel to get here. Then we have to navigate no driver and finding number to contact company. By this time, could have been half way there on the train. Feel like we got ripped off. Very disappointing. Pros: car was clean and safe drive.
We used Cherry Tomato 3 times, Narita airport to our hotel in Tokyo, hotel to Yokohama and finally, Tokyo International Cruise terminal to Narita airport. We had 3 different drivers and all 3 were excellent. All arrived early, well presented, very polite, professional and good safe drivers. The vehicles were all equally very comfortable and plenty of room for our luggage.
I was traveling solo and worried because I knew I wouldn’t have wifi or cellular access. However, my experience from the beginning has been great- I felt reassured with everyone who assisted me. When I arrived, the driver was standing and waiting for me and easy to find. He took me to my destination and it was peaceful, relaxing and perfect after a long flight.
This is a Great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable driver was waiting for me at arrival hall. Ride was long but smooth. Clean and spacious car.Highly recommended.
We booked the car so we didn't have to try to figure out transportation after a long flight. And it was worth it. As soon as we left the customs checkpoint our driver was there with the sign. He was friendly. We didn't talk too much on the ride cause me and my wife were exhausted after the flight. But the driver was great the ride was so nice the seats were so comfy and we got to just look at everything while they took us to the hotel.
The driver was polite and professional. He made sure my son made it safely to his hotel. He communicated effectively and was able to locate son at baggage clearance. Everything was well organized and this company did an outstanding job! I highly recommend!
I had issues with my flight...so I have to contact the transfer to let them know that i wont be able to make it but my friend will, so flight and time changed, they responded right away and were able to accommodate changes in a short period of time, cherry tomato even contact me through WhatsApp to be even more personalize service.
