Our flight on air Canada was delayed causing us to miss flight. Got flight next day. They could not accommodate us the next day, same time, plus the accused us of lying emailing that they checked the airline and the flight took place! It did but we weren’t on it beacons the first flight was late. Airline gave us vouchers as proof we weren’t lying! They better have cancelled and refunded our money! I contacted them as quickly as I could as the entire situation was confusing and upsetting to begin with and they didn’t even bother to accommodate us in this bad situation

We had great experience with the airport transfer. The gentleman was on time and had to wait for us because our flight was delay and immigration process was long at Narita airport. Our driver was great with communication how to meet him at airport prior to our arrival and the day of arrival . We were very happy with the excellent service.

Service was excellent. Si our Driver was excellent so caring . Was Waiting at designated place when flight was delayed . Nice to see smiling face on arrival. Very informative on way to Hotel. Highly recommend Service.

The gentlemen were polite the transport was excellent the only thing was making them understand where we had to go but we got there in the end would recommend

This was great. For about the same price as a shuttle bus we got a private luxury van. It was about an hour drive from Narita to the hotel so if we had paid a meter rate it would have been a lot more expensive.

We waited at the wrong pick up area than the the driver. We did followed exactly the instruction. Wasted every body time. Miscommunication I guess.

Waited too long for the driver arrival I arrived timely to meeting point, but driver show up 55’ late

Wonderful service . Our flight was 39 minutes delayed and our drive was there to meet us with our names clearly written. Luxury transport the seats where so comfortable. Thank you

Although we were met easily at the airport pick up point our driver was.... terrible. We landed at approximately 6:30am cleared customs and got our luggage super fast. We met our transfer and another family also was wait. We literally left the airport and was on the road by 7:15. The driver announced that it would take 2 hours to get to the city as it was “rush hour” When I looked on Waze it was showing 1hour 10mins!!!! This guy was driving 40 mile an hour on an expressway and long story short it took him 2hours 30 mins to drop us to our hotel! When we arrived I asked the hotel concierge if it should take over 2 hours and was asked if there was an accident or heavy traffic. Neither of which occurred. And that he drive was excessively long.

The service was great! Highly recommended to people who don't want to be hassled when they are staying in Japan
