This was a wonderful tour! The food and wines were delicious and our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable about the area as well as the food and wine. He made the tour so enjoyable and made everyone feel included and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This food tour is worth trying. The guide Naris was very engaging and knowledgeable. The food was excellent and represented the local cuisine. They also served excellent wines at each stop

We did a Food Tour in Florence, Italy and really enjoyed it, so were excited when we saw a food tour being offered in Dubrovnik, jumping at the opportunity. We were a party of five, and there were nine persons in our group. Our first stop was a good start, with a Charcuterie Board and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Everything was delicious. Next stop was at a pub to sample various alcoholic offerings. There was loads of alcohol. The next stop we had some food, black ink risotto , and wild boar with pasta, and more alcoholic and non alcolic beverages. The food was tasty. We then ended the tour at a gelato stand where we were able to order two scoops of gelato. So how did I enjoy the tour? For me, I thought I was on a food tour and not a pub tour. Although I realize that alcoholic beverages is part of the food scenario, I expected it to play a secondary role. Had I wanted alcohol to be my primary subject and not food, I would have gone on a pub tour. Our guide was knowledeable and pleasant so I won't hold any of this against her. In retrospect, had I known previously what I know now about the tour, I would not have participated. Do I recommend the tour as we encountered it, only if you're more interested in alcohol rather than food. You would be better off spending your 130 euros dining at one of the fine restaurants in Dubrovnik.

I’ll start off with the fact that I’ve been lucky enough to have done many food tours across the world. We had scheduled a Saturday morning tour and 24 hours before got notification they were canceling it and could I move to a different day. We luckily were able to but canceled our dinner reservation at a super nice restaurant we were looking for to. Regardless I was super excited to do this tour and try local cuisine and a variety of dishes. I would like to say that our tour guide Maris was great. She was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable, especially being a local. That being said, the food itself was not great and I don’t think anybody on our tour was happy about the items. We started off at the first place with a cheese and meat platter, which was fine, but nothing you couldn’t get at any restaurant. We also got a glass of line which was fine. I’m not a wine drinker so I couldn’t really judge the quality, but others didn’t seem to like it. Next stop was not food. It was another glass of wine which nobody liked and a gross shot that others couldn’t even give away to each other because it was so nasty. Next stop we got black risotto and a meat dish which I cannot eat so they did a nice job ordering me a seafood dish however, others on the Tor ate most of the seafood so I didn’t really get much of it, but all was not super flavorful and once again nothing that would make me wanna go back after the tour. We ended at a gelato place and it was very lackluster if you’ve had real gelato in Italy, you know good versus mediocre. As far as the actual walking, we just walked around the old town area. It was not much distance and nothing. We didn’t already see on our own walking aroundOverall, I personally would not do this to tour again but had a good time with the people we met.

Goran was such a good time. We had a great group. I’m still not over how great the hot pizza bread & cheese was at the first location! All stops were good. Wine at every location. I enjoyed myself, I recommend it.

Our group of four greatly enjoyed our food and wine tour. Not only did we get to try local foods and wines, we learned about the history of the town from someone whose family has lived here for several generations.

Our guide Irman was so fun and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the group we were with the food was excellent even went back to Wanda’s for dinner the next night! Highly recommend everyone about the food tour was great.

We booked this tour on our first night in Dubrovnik. I would highly recommend it, as it is a wonderful way to get an introduction to food and wine in Dubrovnik. Our tour only had seven people, as well as our wonderful guide Goran. We started with a fabulous prosciutto and cheese tray, and a very good local wine,followed by a wine bar that had delicious wines and the owner telling us about the wines and the regions they were from. He was knowledgeable. We then moved on to a restaurant. One person in the group was a vegetarian, and despite what was being served on the tour being fish and meat, the restaurant accommodated that person and made her her her own special eggplant pasta dish. It included another local wine and it was followed up with delicious ice cream in the oven.

I want to take the opportunity to say thank you to Senja for showing my group an amazing time. I was able to learn so much about Dubrovnik’s history and culture expressed through food and wine, all while feeling like I was chatting with a friend. This is a great way to get all the info while breaking up the walking. This is specially important in the heat or stress amongst large crowds. The food was both unique to the region while still feeling like comfort food. A fantastic experience all around.
