My husband and I took this trip with Oliver as our driver and guide for the day.
Oliver ensured every detail from the outset including, our comfort in the mini van to meeting the best local wine and food producers. Mama’s boar stew for lunch with organic red wine was a real treat in beautiful surroundings. The scenery on the Pelješac peninsula was spectacular and our visit to the oyster farm a culinary delight for the oyster lovers. All things considered a day to remember and hopefully to return!

A great day out!
Oliver, our guide was great! Good communication, great transport to
all locations throughout the trip. We met some lovely fellow travellers who felt like friends at the end of the trip.
The Oyster Bay with Dinno was fabulous as were the salt flats at Ston.. very interesting. Super lunch of traditional Peka in farmhouse surroundings.. what’s not to like?

Good, low key, country tour
Great way to get out of the city and into the countryside. Oliver is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable and took care of the details. Lots of wine and with very different taste profile from other regions. Relaxing day.

Wine tour
Peter, the guide arrived promptly at our hotel and was incredibly helpful. Spending the whole day with him was almost as enjoyable as the oysters and wine. One of the highlights of the day was getting to learn about the farming of oysters on the farmers boat and eating oysters freshly pulled from the sea. The town of Ston is visually stunning and inviting. We visited two family owned wineries, the first Milos was a modern winery with an impressive cellar and interesting history dating back hundreds of years. The second winery was another family owned winery which had been in the family which had been producing wine for 10+ generations. The owner explained how he and his family had been growing and harvesting grapes using traditional methods such as with a how and a donkey. The owner was funny and quite inviting. Along with a tour of their cellar and a sampling of their wines we had a three course meal consisting of farm to table meats, cheeses and a boar and gnocchi stew. Each one of the courses was excellent with the boar being incredibly tender and flavorful. The entire tour was excellent and well worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Food and wine
Oliver, our guide, was very knowledgeable and nice. The oyster experience was definitely a plus! We had a great food and wine experience, and the lunch was absolutely amazing!

Fantastic day
Wonderful day. Oliver was incredible. The drive along the coastline coupled with the vineyard tastings and 4 course luncheon was amazing. The highlight of our stay in Croatia. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful day!
This was so worth it and such a special experience. We got to try oysters out of the sea and had the most wonderful meal prepared by a family, and got treated to delicious wines. Our guide, Oliver, taught us so much about the country along the way. The drive to the various cities and wineries is so beautiful. Even though our kids couldn’t partake in the wine, they had a lot of fun learning about the oysters, salt, food, and country of Croatia, and enjoying all the gorgeous scenery. Highly recommend!

Great day exploring traditional Croatian wine and cuisine
My husband and I had a fantastic day from the moment we were picked up. Oliver was so informative with all his local knowledge, we loved every aspect of the day. From the Oyster Farm, salt Farm and wineries it was all amazing, but the highlight was the lunch! Cooked in the traditional way I have never eaten wild boar before but was blown away.
Would highly recommend a day with Oliver.

We highly recommend this tour. Oliver's knowledge of the history of his country was very informative and heartfelt. The locals we met, oysters straight from the sea, wineries and home cooked food in a 500 year old home was one of the best tours we've been on in our many travels.

Wonderful wine day
Had a wonderful day with Oliver on the winery, oyster tour. Along with trying some oysters on a boat along with some homemade wine, we also learned about the culture in the area and the importance of family.
The 2 wineries we visited had a variety to select from. We had a traditional meal at the second winery which was delicious!
Traveling with Oliver, you see the friendliness of the people in Croatia and if you're lucky, you get to meet his uncle!
