Interesting trip
The young woman who was the guide was excellent. She held everybody’s attention and was very upbeat with her descriptions. There was an incident at the time where someone had a medical incident and it was handled extremely well. The hospital was contacted and after approximately one hour, it was decided that the person had suffered an anxiety attack, but she had calmed down Therefore there was no need to take her off of the boat.Unfortunately The boat so long that we did lose some time. It was understandable though.

The team on the boat are very knowledgeable and so personable. It's a wonderful way to learn about and see more of the highlights of Ottawa and its surroundings.

Excellent 80th birthday on the canal
We booked the entire electric boat for a 2 hour cruise on the Rideau Canal. Our birthday celebration for our mom’s 80th was wonderful. The 45 guests were thrilled with the experience. Huge success!

Useless because it is not bilingual and if you don't know English perfectly you are throwing your money away
The guide, after asking for the nationality and language of the guests, despite us also having asked for explanations in French, explained the whole trip only in English. Even during the return, the guide did not even deign to ask us or give us information in French. Poor professionalism of the guide, at least on the September 17th 2:30 PM cruise

Worth a trip
Lovely relaxing way to experience the canal with a very knowledgeable guide. Cameron was excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyable canal cruise
We really enjoyed this boat trip down the Rideau Canal. Our guide was fantastic, he was so engaging and after half an hour of commentary, he sat with each group individually to chat to them. Unfortunately I don’t know his name! It’s very pretty on the canal and well worth a trip.
