That said, we are sorry to learn that the vehicle did not meet your expectations, and we regret the disappointment this caused your family. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the type of vehicle expected. We would like to clarify that the tour you booked is operated in a Safari Van, which is the standard Vehicle and is a commonly used safari vehicle. This is clearly shown in the tour description and all the photos provided in the listing. The vehicle used was in proper working condition and is specifically designed for safari and game viewing. From our later communication, we understood that you were expecting or would have preferred a Land Cruiser 4 x 4 Jeep, which is a different vehicle category and comes at a higher cost. Based on your feedback, we have now added an Option that clearly states Upgrade to a Land Cruiser 4x4 for guests who prefer that Luxury experience and are happy to pay the additional cost.
