Drove from Nairobi - 4/5hr drive - and arrived by jeep at the game reserve to spend a full day looking for animals. Kevin our driver was exceptional at finding the animals and we spotted all of the big five and ugly five animals except for vultures and the elusive rhino. Kevin did his utmost, searching until the very last moments of our game drive to spot them for us. With his spectacular patience, we spotted 3 cheetahs and a leopard his knowledge of the animals, the reserve and the routes truly made our trip as special as it was. I have completed other game drives prior to this one in Kenya and have never been so fortunate to have seen so many varieties of animal up close. The overnight accommodations - Rhino Tourist Camp- are basic but offered bed, private washroom facilities, dinner and breakfast which was what was needed after a long day of game driving. Perfect Wilderness Safaris were responsive and quick to answer any queries and make sure we had everything we needed. A perfect trip for couples/small families that wish to see animals up close in the wild on a tight time schedule.

This experience really exceeded my expectations. My husband and I decided to surprise our parents with a trip to Africa and doing a Safari was one of the first experiences we wanted to give them. Im telling you with Perfect Safaris Africa, honestly—I couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the very beginning, everything was handled so smoothly. What made this even more special is that we got to sleep inside the Maasai Mara reserve in a lodge: Waking up to the sounds of nature around us was unreal. And on top of that, they arranged a hot air balloon ride for us, which was truly a once-in-a-lifetime kind of moment. Floating above the savannah during sunrise is something I’ll never forget. We also got to visit a Maasai village, which was such a meaningful experience. It wasn’t rushed or touristy—they let us ask questions, learn about the culture, and really connect with the people. Every single thing we asked for this company went above and beyond to provide. The entire trip just felt thoughtful, safe, and so well-organized. Perfect Safaris Africa took all the stress out of planning and made sure every moment was memorable. If you’re thinking about doing a safari in Kenya—this is the company you want to go with.

We were extremely impressed with the tour throughout its entirety. Our driver Josephat was excellent and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything on the description was completely as advertised. No hidden fees or awkward haggling. We saw more animals than we thought we would because of their expertise. Excellent job!

There are tremendous sceneries I have't seen before. There, I experienced the raw presence of wildlife, unlike a typical zoo, offering a rare taste of the extraordinary that is seldom encountered.

Edwin, our guide and driver, was fantastic. We were picked up from our hotel and shuttles to Maasai Mara in the morning. During the first day, Edwin relayed helpful facts about the animals as we saw them and made sure to stop so we could take pictures. He got very close to many animals, so our pictures are fantastic! He even got us to a cheetah feasting on its kill. On the 2nd day we were lucky enough to see a leopard in a tree all thanks to Edwin. He was kind, professional, and a good luck charm for seeing animals. I highly recommend Perfect Safaris and Edwin in particular.

Nathan was an extraordinary guide! Nice, discreet, and who gave us plenty of information. We were able to observe many animals including lions and lion cubs that were stalking your mother. That was really great! Thank you for this wonderful memory!
