Horrible experience. From start to finish. To start with our guy John medicine of the gate and then we had to track down about 10 blocks and if you’ve ever been to Honduras, they don’t have anything but crooked sidewalks and cars racing by on the streets. By the time I got there, my hips were killing me, and I was fortunate. I didn’t fall on all the crooked sidewalks. I was already exhausted then John opened his car door and this abusive speech cursing rap music turned up loud which he shut off quickly and apologize, but it didn’t start our day any better. Then we get to the Dutton horse ranch & there were no horses ready for us to ride. After waiting in the hot dust and signing releases, the girl spent her time on the phone making personal calls. Finally asked her how long it would be and she said ask your guy John. It was nowhere to be found. I had to call out his name John John, and finally he showed up and we got on some horses. my horse was the last and the saddle was loose and kept shifting from right to left. I barely walked 10 steps and I requested another horse because I was sliding off. I had to tell the horse guide Edgar three times I’m serious. I need another horse. So he got David and he put me on another horse and when we rounded the corner, my entire family was gone. This really upset me because I looked Edgar in the face and I said please wait for me. I wanna ride with my family and he said OK… But then he just proceeded to Go - so with no one in sight David and I continued on. I started to get emotional and cried. I couldn’t believe he just left me alone and my family was nowhere in sight by the time we reached them they were at the Waters edge and surely I thought he’ll wait for me there but now he just continued on as I entered the water with my horse. I close my eyes and prayed because I was so upset. The horse tried to ram my left leg against the wall. It didn’t even wanna go into this water. It was not a beautiful Ocean wave type situation. It was more like a rancid Stillwater trek through very little water at all. Then we came up on the hill and he finally waited for me and wanted to take pictures by then I was so distraught. I just can’t believe he ruined my last time to ride a horse with my family!! I am 61 years old & and we went with Roton excursions last time and had a wonderful experience when in the waves and around the mango trees and palm trees on the sand. Way different than this experience. This was through a dumpy trailer park then we went onto slots and the monkeys which was fine and then we left to go to the beach break. However, John lied to us because I asked him several times. What hotel or beach were we going to? Will it be nice and he’s like oh yeah it’s gonna be beautiful. Next thing I know he’s taking a left through some slumps driving like a maniac and I see the ships in the distance and realize we’re not going to the beach or go right back to the pier. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTING DAY. And last time we were in Honduras It was so memorable in a good way. Sincerely, Cheryl Rodriguez her daughter, her son, her brother and her sister-in-law. Sad we spent $390 combined. What a waste! Upon returning home I emailed Larry directly and I got no response zero zippo so here’s my bad review. I’m gonna dispute my Visa. I want my money back. It was a disgusting day from start to finish!!

It was an amazing. Jack and Bingo were so much fun! The sloths and the horses were definitely a highlight of our trip!

This was a fun excursion experience Marvin the guid was fun and had a lot of knowledge to share about the island. We had fun snorkeling, visiting the Animals and most fun was horseback riding. We decided to skip the beach in turn for our guid Marvin to take us to a local eatery that was delicious. I believe it was called “Road side island food”

The experience was AMAZING! I brought my family. 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child, and 2 toddlers. Had plenty of room for all of us, our baby stroller, and another family in the nice air conditioned sprinter van. The price was great! $450 for 8 of us. The 2 babies were free. Walked a short 5 min distance outside the entrance into coxen hole port to be picked up outside of the high traffic area. Our awesome and professional tour guides Borry and Yani walked us there. He was highly informative and provided detailed information about the island and stuff we saw along the way to our destination. Along was some very cool stories about himself free diving, the different cultures, and languages on the island. Got to the private little resort looking beach destination. Filled out some waivers. Played in the BEAUTIFUL water and looked at different species of fish. My wife got her whole hair wonderfully braided for like $25. They had a nice bar there but we rarely drink. So bought some pretty cool souvenirs and local bags of coffee. Then headed out with Bingo and David on the horses. Bingo man kept us laughing and entertained the whole time. He made the horse riding trip a blast! My wife took our 2 year old and I held onto my 1 year old on the saddle with me and no problems. Bingo and David walked side by side with us the whole time. Felt safe and secure on the horses with our toddlers. They were very well trained. The trip lasted maybe an hour or more. All through the water and everything. Will never forget it. Took lots of pics for us. Then went to see the monkeys, birds, and sloths. That was super awesome too! The kids fell in love with the cute little monkeys jumping all over us. Ended the trip at an amazing restaurant high up on a hill over looking the water that had amazing food. Would definitely book again if ever in Roatan! Loved everyone we met

We went as a family of five with three teens and we have the BEST day! Borry and Jenny were our driver and guide and we felt safe, well-informed, and has such fun conversations! We didn’t get to snorkel because of the rain but we got a LOT of non-tourist experiences including a small market, chocolate factory, and a super great local restaurant so we could try Iguana! BIngo was our guide during the horseback riding and he was so knowledgeable about not only the horses but also the local wildlife and plants! We learned so much and made some amazing memories. The animal sanctuary with the sloths and monkeys was amazing as well!! The staff were super caring and knowledgeable about all the animals! 10/10!

Yenny and Borry were amazing. Loved the horseback riding with Bingo. Very knowledgeable about the history of the island. Was the best experience of our vacation. 10/10.

I went with some college friends on this excursion and had Borry as our tour guide! He was the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time lol). We made 4 port stops on our cruise and this stop’s experience was by far the most memorable and fun. We accomplished a lot in such a short amount of time and learned so much about the island of Roatan while we explored. Our driver, Jenny, gave us a smooth sailing drive around the island Borry and Jenny were a complimentary team. Our group was very lucky to have chosen them for our stop. If I ever find myself back in Roatan, I’ll definitely go with Webster Tours.

Borry and Jenny were AMAZING. We had an absolutely wonderful time and both Borry and Jenny made sure we got to each stop and had the best time. They were so attentive and kind. We had an absolutely amazing experience and can’t wait to book with them again!!

We loved our tour guide Borry so much! The tour was a great value, with so many activities packed in to one day! Borry was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. 10/10!

We were very happy we decided on this excursion. Mario our guide for the day was very friendly and easy to talk to. He kept us informed on everything, and introduced us to each tour operator we dealt with. It was such a relaxing experience. We were never rushed. Each thing we did was very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this excursion and Mario. We had an amazing day, and would do it again. Thank you for this excursion and the wonderful memories.
