We had an amazing experience with the Nordic Adventures team! Despite the warming spring weather, there was still plenty of snow for our reindeer and husky sledding activities. Our guide was fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable — sharing great tips and fascinating stories about Lapland and its culture. Everything felt relaxed and authentic, never rushed or pushy, and we really got to experience the local traditions. Visiting Santa was absolutely priceless and so precious for our 8-year-old — truly a moment to remember forever! March turned out to be a perfect time to visit, with no lines or crowds at all. Overall, an unforgettable adventure and definitely worth every euro. 11/10 — highly recommended!

We had a lovely tour with Tanya. Her style of storytelling really brought Santa Village alive for us. She also shared a lot of interesting facts about life in Rovaniemi and Finland in general. She was very nice and thoughtful throughout, and helped us with some great photos! The tour was well-planned overall - we had just the right amount of time for the various activities and got a lot of useful tips and guidance from Tanya.

Our guide Victor was amazing. He actually spoke more than 3 languages very well. He was very considerate, helpful and very nice. City tour is good but santas village is just amazing.

Enjoyed seeing and learning about the city as we were staying outside the city in Glass resort. Especially enjoyed the view from the top of the mountain/ski slopes. Christmas village was a lot of fun and we enjoyed the post office and Santa visit. We also did the reindeer pulled sleigh ride and visited the husky farm while we were there which made for a fun afternoon in a one of a kind place in Lapland. Would hi ff my recommend any and all booking with Nordic Adventures as we did a multiple bookings with them and were 100% satisfied with each one from booking process to finishing the tour.

A very cool experience. Incredible views of the city and an unforgettable experience in Santa's village. A visit very well accompanied by Alex.

The guide was friendly and descriptive. Excellent english accent. He answered our questions and gave information and tips for our staying.

We were lucky to be just the two of us on this tour. Alex & his mate Pedro were extremely hospitable & shared loads of information during the tour, including about the kind of life lead by the local citizens. Since my wife was very eager to spend more time at Santa Village & less in the city, we decided to do that as there was nobody else with us on that day. We got to enjoy a delicious grilled salmon at the 'Salmon Place' & on the way back from Santa Village, Alex was very kind enough to take us to a nice secluded frozen lake, just to experience Lapland's nature at its best. Both Alex & Pedro took very good care of us & ensured they made this tour most memorable for me & my wife. I cannot thank them enough for doing so & we shall never forget our experience standing on the frozen lake & enjoying the beautiful views.

We are a family of 4, childrens age being 18 and 20. Pedro, our guide was able to engage everyone, answering questions and telling us interesting facts. He was knowledgeable and friendly and we could not have been happier. Alex (frim the office) was very helpful during the decision/booking process. Great crash course to Rovaniemi with lots of factoids and points of interest. Our guide (Alex) was very knowledgeable, accommodating and great with our 5 year old.
