Absolutely not to be missed place for young and old. In one place you can, glide in dinghies, skate, see extraordinary ice sculptures and have lunch in a charming restaurant completely ice!! Absolutely not to be missed!!

Fun place to go with the kids. The ice carvings were beautiful. Fun experience eating in the ice restaurant. Choice of food limited and not that great, but a good experience. Doughnuting on the slopes was good. Ice skating ring tiny an the shoe exchange process a bit chaotic. We had fun and would go again

We were celebrating our engagement with my spouse and we had so much fun! Dinner and service was good. There was jungle theme snow and ice art this year, it was beautiful and exotic.

Top class place with great staff, fun for all and delicious food! Thank you hanki for making our little boy feel so special after sustaining an extended finger and feeling a little sorry for himself. We had booked dinner as part of our experience and when we walked into the ice restaurant our little boy become overwhelmed. I quietly said to the waitress that he is SEN and the environment wasn’t what he wanted. We asked would it be ok to eat in the cafe. This was not a problem and they set a table up for us in there and agreed for hanki to come to the table for more hugs. We returned next morning to say good bye to hanki and again all the stops were put out for us to meet hanki again in the restaurant for more snowman hugs. I cannot fault this place. Get activities, lovely food, fabulous and friendly staff and above all hanki you are a legend of a snowman! Thank you to all at snowman world. Xxx

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not suitable. There were three of us at Snowmanworld and we paid 87€ for the entrance, but you don't get much on offer. The ice sculptures are very nice, but the price is excessive. Ice surface is tiny and the slides are only interesting for children. Not recommended for adults.

We visited at one of the busy times of year. We expected it to be busy, that’s not a problem. But we booked early as we assumed there would be a sensible cap to numbers. But the queue for the big tube ride was around an hour all day, JUST to get the inflatable. Then another 30-40 minute queue at the top to actually go down. We checked back every half an hour all day, hoping for a quieter time but there wasn’t one. We eventually gave up and queued and did it once. The actual queue was stressful and tense, several times teenagers snuck up the outside of the queue and pushed in, then when they got to the front took multiple tubes each, and the attendants did nothing about it. The labyrinth was small and the entrance and exit are the same place. The ice skating rink is small and there’s so many people that they frequently don’t have anything near your size (I’m a U.K. 6). The ice slides are fun, except there’s 30 other children all trying to pile down at the same time. Complete waste of money, we made the most of it because we’d paid a lot of money and we were trying to make sure the kids had a good time but I was gutted that we wasted a day of our precious time in Lapland. The €6 drinks weren’t pleasant and the barman was unfriendly.

We are family with kids and was an excellent experience at activities at snowman world especially with lunch at ice hotel. Loved it.

We have 2 boys 5yr old, absolutely lovely it. We spent 8 hrs at snowman World only came out for 1 hr then straight back in. The boys loved all the slides especially the big one. The meal in the ice restaurant was amazing and very nice food. The overall value for money was great. Going back to Santa claus village to do the other stuff we didn't get chance for.

We had lunch in the ice hotel and enjoyed the slides. It is not a large park but my kid had a blast - spent a little more than an hour in the park after lunch and lunch was tasty.

This has been a tough one to review. Snowman world really is a great idea, the ice slides, igloos, disco etc are all really great but they massively over-sell the venue so the queues for everything are horrendous! We thought our children would be able to have multiple goes on the tube slide but its a 45 minute queue for 1 go so you just dont have the time. It was really disappointing and not worth the £100 for a family of 4. On the + side the staff were all really friendly and very patient with the masses of rude tourists you meet here.
