Hi! We are sorry you weren't pleased with our service and there was this misunderstanding. We recommend you to read carefully the conditions, highlights and itinerary of any tour or service you book in the future so you don't get surprised about what you are receiving. In this case, the tour you booked with us specifically mentions that the two main places you visit are Bazurto market and La Popa convent. It also mentions that you pass by some other places but it doesn't mean you have to spend time there. We quote the overview of this tour: “Cartagena is way more than visiting the Walled City and in this 4-hour tour you will notice it. Come and have a whole experience in Bazurto: a traditional market where the other side of the city is shown. Walk around its stands and stores full of fresh food, aromatic herbs, and loud but friendly cartageneros. And then jump to La Popa: a convent in the top of a hill that offers you panoramic views and great landscapes of this diverse city.” We hope you give it a second try on the next trip you do to any of the cities we have tours and experiences.
