We booked this tour for our one day in Cartagena as part of a cruise. Carlos met us just outside the terminal area and gave our family of 3 an incredible tour of the city. We started at the Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, where he gave us a fantatic history lesson. We did not feel rushed as he showed us different parts of the fort. Then it was off to the walled city for more history and great architecture. Our last stop was Getsemeni, which was quite charming with all its beautiful murals. It was quite hot out that day and so Carlos made sure to keep us hydrated with water and tangerine juice. I have been on lots of walking tours and this was absolutely one of the best! I highly recommend this tour for anyone with only a little time to explore the city. We felt like we definitely got our money's worth and loved every minute!

Jhon was a great guide in an amazing city!
Jhon was a wonderful guide - extremely kind and patient! I was traveling with my mom, aunt, and their friends and he was so helpful with the older ladies, making sure they had time to take breaks and sit. What a great tour and rich history of the city! We hope to come back again. Thank you Jhon!

Walled City tour
Nick is an awesome guide and we learned a lot. He was more than accommodating for rest stops and water. It is a lot of walking, which was more than some family could handle although it was very hot and humid. Hydrate before you start! It was well worth the money the money to do this private tour with our 7 family members. We had to end the walking part early, so we were driven in air-conditioned comfort to see the rest of the sights.

We had a really great day with Nick as our guide. He really made Cartagena come alive for us. I wish we had even more time.
