the guide Tula was very professional so a special thanks to her and to the driver Carlos
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear that Tula was very professional and that Carlos made your experience enjoyable as well. We’ll be sure to share your special thanks with them. Best regards, my Tour
Wonderful! It is an exceptional tour. Very well organized and delicious. Andrea, the fantastic guide, and Alessandro, the bus driver, as well. They are kind and help you with everything. They make it very interesting and fun.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted you enjoyed the tour and will gladly share your kind words with Andrea and Alessandro. Kind regards, my Tour in italy
While the tour guide and bus driver was awesome, the winery experiences were not amazing. The first one uses sales tactics to get you to buy more than you want and offer a “free” gift, which tastes like extremely cheap wine. Gee, thanks. Also, they claim to be organic with no sulfites, but the wine bottles we received clearly state they have sulfites. Feel scammed. Wine is decent and from Italy though, so there’s that. Second winery had good wine, but we didn’t get a tour like the itinerary stated. Overall, it was a nice afternoon visiting the beautiful country side
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback! During winery visits, it is normal for the wineries to promote their products and offer wines for purchase, but buying is completely optional. We can also confirm that the wines included in our tour are vegan and contain no added sulfites. We appreciate your understanding and are glad you enjoyed the countryside, guide, and driver. Best regards, My tour in Italy
