highly recommended! Whether you choose a simple, affordable 1-hour sightseeing tour or a longer lunch/dinner cruise, it is a quintessential Paris experience that is well worth adding to your itinerary.

In line for one hour in evening to get on board. They said to have your bags ready for checking but they never checked any - a safety issue. Packed on like sardines - everyone rushing to get seats- crowded. Commentary is only available if you scan the QR code sporadically posted around the boat - we didn’t all have phones and certainly not headphones. Crowded rush to exit boat. I was attacked by an angry woman with a hijab and a stroller who thought she should have her own lane. Worst part of our trip. Waste of money, dangerous and frustrating.

We had one day in Paris and decided to take the cruise,we purchased are tickets from viator online,when we arrived at the boat we were told that wasn’t any we code for the staff to scan for are tickets and was told to send a message to viator for them to send the QR code for us to board the boat,there were multiple attempts to reach out to viator never got a response from them..we had to bought tickets from the ticket booth at the cruise..viator I would like a full refund please..

We went in the evening just as the sun was going down. It was lovely and a relaxing way to see the sights. The only complaint is that you have to stand in a massive queue despites having bought tickets. It did only take half an hour waiting in line but beware of ignorant, selfish people jumping the line. The Eiffel tower had separate queues depending on whether you had booked tickets or not so I don't know why they can't do this with the boat trips.

Excellent cruise. Wasn’t overly crowded and plenty of individual speakers on lower deck to hear the tour guide in multiple languages. You can’t book a specific departure time but even on a Sunday in summer holidays it wasn’t overly busy as the boats depart very frequently.

We went when the sun was setting and it was BEAUTIFUL! The scenes were excellent and it was just enough commentary to know a little bit more about the history of Paris.

We hesitated on which company to book for this very well-known boat trip on the Seine! We went through Bateaux Parisiens but it was very disappointing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, but the guided tour left us wanting more: we expected a live guide, but it was just an audio guide to download on a phone. Ok. But the information was unclear, uninteresting, and difficult to follow in the end. We didn't learn anything. Even the few rare interventions from the "guide" were vague and uninteresting. We obviously enjoyed the beauty of the monuments, but our children didn't get into it. It's a shame; we expected much better, more lively and informative!

This is a really great orientation to Paris, highlighting all of the main sites. The audio guide is incredibly helpful. I recommend doing this on your first day in Paris, so you know where everything is located and have a great orientation!

We went on a one-hour boat ride yesterday with Bateaux Parisiens and we had a very good time. The boat was on time and the tour was pleasant. We particularly appreciated the commentary throughout the trip: a person presented the various monuments we were discovering, which made the ride really interesting. The only small negative point concerns the seating: we were seated on a bench rather than individual seats, which can become a bit uncomfortable and give you a slight backache after a while. Aside from that, we really enjoyed this tour and we recommend it to discover Paris in a different way!
