Excellent service, view, amenities and food, highly recommended to take this tour. Good service.

Very good, food, service, great way to spend a Christmas Day, and a great view of Paris.. wish it lasted longer.

The food was good, traditional French food. You are served champagne almost as soon as you're seated which was nice. The 5 or 6 courses were overall good; it certainly was a lot of food. The menu is fixed so if you're not adventurous or don't like something, you might be disappointed. I didn't find a menu in advance (or whether that was posted anywhere) and some of our family members didn't care for things here and there, but no one starved. What I didn't like about the cruise itself was that they never dimmed the lights in the interior of the boat so there was a lot of glare on the windows. We were seated in the middle of the boat where there are some pretty serious lights shining down. I felt like I was under a spotlight. If you can request it, get a table by the windows. If you're on the right (starboard) side of the boat, you'll never get a good look at Notre Dame. We decided halfway through that it was the experience of being on the Seine for dinner and occasionally seeing a landmark that was the best part. The views of the landmarks wasn't as romantic as it sounds. But the rest was nice.

Booked this Christmas evening dinner cruise last minute through our hotel! Wonderful services, amazing food and views of Paris. The entertainment was exceptional and so was our server.

Don't go for the food because the star of this experience is, well, the experience. The table was beautiful, the ambiance elegant and the scenery at night so very special. The food was not bad, but it was incidental to the fact we were in Paris, on the Seine and seeing some of the most beautiful and historical buildings in the world. We had a fabulous quintessential Paris experience and made a memory we'll never forget. The entertainment was quite good, as well! (By the way, when you get on the adjacent area to wait to board, the entry to get on the dinner boat is at the opposite end, not the middle.)

My wife enjoyed the cruise, the lunch was excellent and the service staff were excellent. The Paris scenery along the river was a great sample of Paris architecture and related scenery. Many thanks

We were charged 700 euros per person for a Christmas Eve dinner. Two hours before dinner they canceled the cruise and gave us the possibility of returning the money. Today is 26.01 and nothing has been returned. When you try to contact them, they send you to another Enterprise "Eat PAris" that never answers. A first-rate scam. Not a single explanation or money back.

Great food, service, and views! The staff was so attentive, the food was absolutely delicious, the wine was plentiful, and the views can't be beat!

The Christmas cruise exceeded our expectations! Food was excellent, drinks were great, service and entertainment were impeccable. Also, wonderful views that you couldn’t catch on any walking tour! We had such a great time and highly recommend.

The operator contacted us two hours prior to the cruise to inform us that there was no crew available for the boat tour. They offered a full refund. We requested the refund and now they messaged saying we have to contact Viator, which we did. No response from Viator and no level of responsibility from the vendor to help process the refund. We paid a premium for Christmas and are seeking the $400+ credit due. Thank you for this Christmas headache. If you promote a Christmas event and charge a premium, please ensure adequate staff and backup staff. Very disappointing and now a big pain. Viator and vendor need to take responsibility and promptly process our refund. The booking is posted as ‘complete’ in my account.
