Josh was great, really awesome experience beautiful views and a really great way to have fun at the beach on a 90° day or any day!

Our guide Carson was amazing—fun, knowledgeable and reassuring to those of us in the group who were nervous. Beautiful tour of the harbor, it really was the highlight of our trip.

Kenzie was our guide for the Kayak tour. Knowledgeable and experienced in Kayaking and in the area of Santa Barbara/Pier.

Justin did a great job. Was tons of fun and very informative. Highly recommended. Good idea for afternoon rise. 5 stars!!!

We did the Harbor kayak when we were in town for 24 hours on our trip down the coast. It was a nice change up from all of the walking that we had done in other places we had visited. Our guide, Cole, was awesome! He immediately connected with our two sons who are 12 and 14 and was super friendly and talkative with all of us throughout our trip. He took us to see the sea lions and seals and under the pier and around the harbor and he gave us lots of facts about the harbor as well as anecdotes about his own experiences. He also gave restaurant suggestions as well as other things to do in the area. We had a really great time and having him as our guide made the experience even better. We'd definitely do this again if we returned and would recommend it to anyone going to Santa Barbara. Also, I had a question the day before our trip and when I called I actually got a human to answer the phone, rare these days!! An extra bonus was a very playful baby seal who was interacting with us, pics below :)

The double kayaks were great, I loved the paddle attachment, they were so handy. Launching in where the water was flat made coming in and out of the water super easy. Plenty of flat water to explore in the harbor, and lots more beyond. Taylor made our experience so enjoyable. He drug the kayak to the water for us and gave us tips on where to go. He even highlighted some areas where people had seen a whale and a seal pup that day so we were able to see them too! When we came back in, he was helping another group down to the water, but as soon as he had them launched he RAN back up the sand to keep us from having to wait. I highly recommend Cal Coast Adventures for your SB kayaking experience!

What a lovely day! We saw a baby grey whale. It was just 5 feet away from our paddle board. Carson helped us out and was committed to the safety of my children. We will definitely be back, and maybe surf lessons next time!
