We were very grateful to our personable driver for waiting for us as passport control was long and dire and we were late in arrivals hall. We had a smooth run into Krackow and were told many interesting facts on the way We were so happy we booked our return journey on the spot

Arrival transfer was superb very well organised . However o have also booked a departure transfer too and they never turned up . All paid for and confirmed for 6pm pick up and they never turned up . By 630pm I had to order a taxi and rush to the airport praying I will get my flight in time . No contact at all from the company . I will never use them again as I don’t trust them to pick me up . Getting back to the airport is very important to catch a flight !!!

There is a high possibility that the wrong pick-up time has been given, because for departures, the flight time must be entered, not the pick-up time. We apologize for the situation. If that's the case, I hope you've applied for a refund.
Highly recommend Viator over and over as very easy to deal with and very helpful, but NOT the taxi transfer provider. I received a missed call before my flight from Glasgow to Krakow (no voicemail left). This was followed up with a Whatsapp message from the provider to say they can no longer pick me and my partner up from Krakow Airport. There was no reason to why they cancelled and they didn't even reply to my Whatsapp message back. I contacted Viator who were very quick to respond and helpful in the matter. They tried to organise a new transfer but unfortunately due to the late notice, there were no drivers available.
