Signing up for this tour was a great way to see highlights in Vancouver. It was a pleasure to be driven from place to place, not needing to figure out best routes or needing to know traffic patterns. Our tour guide, Kim, was great. She is very knowledgeable about the area and highlighted interesting and fun facts. She also knew the best order to take in the sights, so we avoided the crowds. We had disembarked from one of the cruise ships early in the morning and we weren’t flying home until late in the evening so this 10-hour tour was a perfect way to spend the day. Bonus: we were able to take our luggage on the tour so we didn’t have to figure out storage for the day (we did verify this ahead of time, securing space for ourselves, as they understandably can’t guarantee there is enough room for everyone’s luggage). Double bonus: Kim dropped my husband and me off at the airport after everyone else had gotten off the bus. Wow! What incredible service!! Thank you, Kim!

This a a great way to experience the natural landscape and mountains of Vancouver. Our guide Rene’ was perfect. Very relaxed, funny, and knowledgeable. It made our stay in Vancouver complete.

Mother and daughter trip this was an adventure. Going up in the Sea to Sky Gondola was breathtaking. It was a nice clear day and we had a fantastic experience. Views fantastic.

I was disappointed with this Whistler bus tour and wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. The day started off poorly with a very chaotic check-in process. After everyone had already boarded, the company realized they had missed picking up passengers from one of the boarding locations, so we had to turn around and go back. This wasted about 15–20 minutes. I’m not sure why the passenger count wasn’t verified before departing. The first stop at Shannon Falls was especially frustrating. We were only given 15 minutes, but the line for the women’s restroom alone was already 10–15 minutes long. Considering it’s about a 5–8 minute walk to the falls, there was essentially no time to actually see the attraction unless you skipped the restroom entirely. The stop felt rushed and poorly planned. The tour guide also added very little value to the experience. There was minimal commentary throughout the drive, and information about each stop wasn’t provided until we were already pulling into the parking lot. Instead of proactively sharing recommendations, passengers often had to ask questions and dig for information before receiving any useful suggestions. The commentary felt dry and lacked the engaging storytelling that makes guided tours worthwhile. Overall, the entire trip felt rushed, with limited information and little effort to enhance the experience. Many of the stops felt overly commercialized and catered to tourists rather than showcasing the area’s natural beauty in a meaningful way. I left feeling that I could have had a much better experience exploring independently. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose this tour again or recommend it to others.

The tour was fantastic and our guide Bernie did a wonderful job. He was very informative and gave a lot of great information. The weather was dreary but Bernie made the day better.

The address of the meetup in the morning was wrong. The tour guide had to call me as I was a block away.
