My wife and I had a wonderful time on the Whistler Sea-to-Sky tour, including the waterfalls and gondola. We booked through VanTrips and were very fortunate to have a private tour with Amir. Amir was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and engaging, and he led a fantastic tour from start to finish. The scenery was spectacular, with countless opportunities for beautiful photographs. An added bonus is that Amir is also a professional photographer. He took some wonderful photos of my wife and me throughout the day and promptly texted them to us later that same evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and highly recommend booking a tour with VanTrips, and especially with Amir. We will definitely use VanTrips again on our next visit to Vancouver!

Went on an Alaska Land/Sea Tour in May 2026. Flew into Vancouver & spent 3 days there before staring the tour. Researched a variety of excursions to do while we were in Vancouver. Selected a few. One which was the WHISTLER Sea to Sky Gondola & Brandywine Falls Tour. In initial description it is indicated that the tour goes to the Gondola (ride included) but in very small print in other description, indicates that there is an additional fee for the gondola ride (additional $76 p/p). Tour for 2 ppl was approx. $340.00. The tour operator contacted us prior to the tour & asked if we could change the date of going, however we would not be in Vancouver until 2 days later, so they kept it at our original date booking. We were not contacted (as indicated) the day prior to pick-up. I was getting a bit nervous, as we did not know where to be picked up or meet-up for this tour & were not sure if they cancelled altogether. Finally contacted tour operator (EARLY AM) of day of booking. We were to be picked-up @ our hotel, by Arim. As it turned out the other people that were to be on this tour had rearranged to do it 2 days earlier (when operator tried to get us to switch). So we ended up having a private tour (just my husband & I). We had time to spend at each of the stops a bit longer. There were 2 falls we went to; Shannon Falls & Brandywine Falls. Both were breath-taking. He next drove us thru Stanley Park (he did not stop to let us walk around in park - that's a different tour). He drove around the park & pointed out the various points of interest. Then we went over the Bridge to Northern Vancouver. Guiness Family (of Guiness Beer) settled there in the early 1900's and own most of the land by the shores of the Bay. Tour continued and did some more sights & hiking. Next stop was the Olympic Village (2010 Olympic) & dropped us there for a few hours to walk around the village, shop & eat. Picked us up & drove back to downtown Vancouver (where tour started). Stopped at a pier along the way to view bay & take photos. It was a beautiful day (temps in low 70's) and sunny. He was very personable & gave us a lot of history & insights to Canada & Vancouver. Originally from Persia & has been here 20+ yrs. I would highly recommend this tour as it was a private tour. Not sure if the normal tour (usually 8 to 10 ppl) would get his kind of one-on-one tour.

I wish I could give 6 stars but unfortunately there’s no option. The tour was wonderful and Amir was passionately involved and supporting. I’d definitely do it again and recommend to everyone who’s reading this.

We spent the entire day with Amir touring us up and down the coast as far North as Nairn falls above Whistler. It was low impact physically for my go getter hiking friends, but high impact in scenery and beautiful waterfalls. The best aspect was the owner guide who was flexible and easy to work with from day one planning to door step drop off. He was reliable, interesting, and interested and did a pretty good job of reading the crowd adjusting timing and agenda accordingly. His driving is smooth and safe and we all felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this outfit for any tour or van transportation needs.

Amir is a great tour operator. Good conversation on the ride. Had water and snacks for us too.

We had an incredible day with Amir. He was knowledgeable , a pleasure to be with. As a family of 6 adults we all Enjoyed the sights & professional guiding. In addition, the transport was spacious and comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amir and Vans trip.

A multi-generational trip with a cruise ship on one end and an international flight on the other, and every part seemed seamless. The only thing missing was a Time Machine— our guide was correct that this visit could easily have been a week long. What I am confident about after a day, though, is that we will be back! I would suggest this as a very suitable tour for kids, but there is a windy drive so plan a few distractions. If you can, stay overnight! If you must get your plane, feel confident you’ll be on time with a lot of great things to discuss at the airport.
