My shuttle wa canceled with no explanation. At first there was mix up then carrier confirmed pick up then nothing. Will never use Victor or their affiliates again.

Avoid this fraud company. After updating my reservation, I was overcharged by $44. Customer service repeatedly acknowledged that the refund was owed and assured me it would be processed "soon." Despite multiple phone calls, emails, and follow-ups over several weeks, the refund was never issued. What's most frustrating is that they admitted the refund was due but blamed their accounting department and failed to take any action. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. Use Uber, Lyft or other shuttle services but avoid Speedishuttle.

My family was instructed to stay in baggage claim and a greater would find us and take our luggage and us to the transport. After 40 minutes of standing the baggage claim no one showed. I called Speedi Shuttle and got voice mail. I finally walked outside and started looking for their transport van. I found it at the opposite end of the parking area from where were we. I found the driver and asked if he was our transportation. He checked his manifest and said yes. I told him we had be waiting for 45 minutes and no grater had come and my family was about 100 yards farther up and drive up and pick our luggage and my family. His words were "Not my job". I was confused and asked why. He answered "Not my job". I got upset and told him again to go pick us up and he said to me "if I had a complaint to go to a desk in baggage claim and report it, you Son of a Bitch". I was shocked!!! After gathering my family and luggage we walked the 100 yards to the van and got in. I said nothing to the driver. The driver then told my wife "Get the Hell out of my van". No explanation. Of course I got angry after he cursed my wife and myself and just got out of the van and called an Uber. While looking for my Uber the Speedi Shuttle van pulled away and while passing me, Gave me the "finger". Then I found out that I will not be getting my $250 transport fee reembursed because I had not called them to alert them their greater had not shown. I had called but had used the wrong number. I had called the Kona number , not the Maui number. I called the contractor, Amstar, and explained what had happened. They said they were aware of the issue and I would not receive a refund because I did not call when the greater did not show. I told them I did call but I had dialed the wrong office. I asked why I did not get an email or text or call about the greater not being there and learned they had the wrong phone number for me, but had the correct number for the previous two trips to the other islands. So they had the wrong number, there was no greater, the driver just told me "Not my job" with no explanation as to why it was not his job AND cursed me, and later my wife. After all of that, we got to the van with our luggage and got into the van and we cured to get out with no explanation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! DO NOT USE. My family was upset, I was upset. This was a one in a lifetime trip and it was ruined by this very rude company AND NO REFUND!11 $250!! UBER was only $125, half what Speedi Shuttle charged us.

The driver was excellent. The plane was delayed an hour, but there was no problem getting in touch the driver. Easy pickup location.

Our driver was great very friendly and knowledgeable.

Had a very good experience. Had to wait longer than would have liked at airport but driver was excellent and provided some great information about Maui on drive to hotel. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. Only negative was drop at airport was at far end of check in area, so walk while lugging golf clubs was no fun.

I requested a refund from Viator after a scheduled transport didn’t take place. I do admit that the numerous times in the past we have used Viator have been problem-free. Viator looked into my request and refunded the full amount without any hesitation, which was much appreciated and the sign of an intelligently run business.

As we landed I contacted SpeediShuttle to find out where to meet per the Viator confirmation I received. They informed me that they were unable to meet the obligation of seven passengers and luggage with a private transport and that Viator was made aware of this. I ended up booking directly through SpeediShuttle for an additional cost and have requested a $400+ refund from Viator, outcome still to be determined. I will say that this was our first negative experience with Viator in eight trips to Maui.
