Excellent way to see New Orleans! Friendly staff. Only complaint is that most of the guides are hard to understand or have annoying voices. It would be better to have a professionally done narration and guides turn it on and off and are available for questions and assistance.
The bus did not have air conditioning working! Had to go upstairs on the top of the bus if you have a problem walking had to climb up small stairs because it was too hot down stairs.
It is well worth the fee. What a great way to get an overall view of the city and what it offers !!!

The tour was very informative. It was a little hot on the bus but it was worth the money to get on and get off at different places and be able to explore the New Orleans area
You know, the microphone wasn’t very clear, so it was difficult to understand what they were saying. I really don’t like that. I feel like I’m not getting much useful information, so I don’t think I’ll do that kind of tour again. Also, because the bus is open on the top, the wind and outside noise make it even harder to hear the guide. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience for me.

We had a great time completing the loop. Staff were super friendly and learned many things from the narration. Would definitely recommend to friends.

start at Basin station, ride all stops and the restart and get off places you want to explore further

The HopOn HopOff experience gives a good overview of New Orleans, in my opinion. Our upstairs guide knew her Louisiana history as well as the NOLA experience.
