Thank you marilyn for your review "Bad customer service" for New Orleans City Sightseeing Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour and for explaining what happened with your flight cancellation. We are very sorry to hear about your flight and that you were not able to use your tickets for our bus, and that you felt you did not get the help you needed to move them to today. We understand your disappointment, especially with the amount you mention. Reservations made through Viator are managed under their change and cancellation policy, as the bus crew on the street cannot modify Viator bookings directly. Thank you for your feedback.
