Took quite a long time to get through customs, which was communicated with the company and the driver. By the time we got out with our bags, we were 1 minute late and charged 40€ extra. No understanding that our delay wasn’t our fault and the communication with the company was very rude. Don’t appreciate this “welcome to Barcelona”.
You posted this review to the wrong company. Check your booking details with us. Pickup was at the HOTEL, and we had nothing to do with your tour from the port. We picked you up from the hotel, on time, no customs was part of the day. Please put this review where it belongs. Thank you

Great tour and the tour guide was very knowledgeable of Barcelona. We loved the unique architecture of the city and the city’s history.
Tour still occurred the structured changes as was not semi private. May of the areas we paid to see we couldn't do to the pope being in town. Shoudl have been told this more upfront that schedule would change and structure
Sorry but the Pope visit in Barcelona meant many sites were closed and inaccessible. We did provide a partial refund as a result. Thank you.
The Best of Barcelona tour was a wonderful experience that offered incredible value. We covered so much ground in total comfort thanks to the air-conditioned shuttle, and our guide was exceptional, taking the time to share unique insights and fascinating history about the city. I was especially impressed by the company’s communication; they kept us perfectly informed when they needed to substitute our guide and were incredibly helpful in coordinating a convenient meeting point near our hotel when ours wasn’t accessible. We learned so much and had a fantastic time exploring Barcelona. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city!

Really good communication. They went above and beyond when we changed hotels. They sent a transfer to pick us up so that we did not have to navigate or hold anyone up. Adrianna was a great guide. Knowledgeable and made sure we hit all the right spots.
Great tour! It really gave us a good overview of Barcelona by combining the bus tour and walking tour!
Description of tour was as advertised. The tour host spoke English quite well and was SO knowledgeable about the city and the areas we visited. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Easy pickup from our cruise terminal as we disembarked, plenty of room in the van for our luggage, and arranged a taxi afterwards to get us to our hotel in the restricted vehicle Gothic Quarter.
The history of Old Town by a short walk thru the streets walked by famous citizens of the past and their life was so informative with Tatiana. We then saw the outside of Gaudi House and La Familia Sagrada with Tatiana pointing out interesting design elements. Pick Up at cruise terminal and drop off at hotels made this so seamless!!! We highly recommend this tour!!!
Very brief drive-by for some attractions, but good comprehensive description of the Park and Sagrada (from the outside). Tour leader (Christina) was very accommodating to my husband's and my physical limitations and helped us participate as much as possible Pick up at port and drop off at airport were well explained and very smooth.
