We had a great time with Adrien, our guide, who was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the tour. I love when people start something because they’re genuinely passionate about it, rather than simply because there’s a demand for it—you can really feel the difference in how much care and effort goes into the experience. The tour is very much about the blend of Asian and Japanese influences with local culture and cuisine, so you get to try some really interesting things, like matcha madeleines, yuzu éclairs, and more. It’s also worth mentioning that Adrien reached out to us before the tour and had a clearly visible sign at the meeting point, exactly as described in the tour listing. Overall, a really enjoyable and interesting experience!
