Hannah was awesome, she’s so smart and knew everything on our tour. Great recommendation for food and all stuff. She is really passionate in what she does. I’ll be back with my family and I will definitely request her. Cheeky kiwi is such a steal in terms of value for money, Comfort and convenience. I love the tour and everything in it. Hannah was so amazing!

I booked a Hooker Valley Track tour from Queenstown. It was a really great experience, and our tour guide, Andy, was amazing. You can tell he truly loves his job and gave us the best experience possible. I do want to provide some constructive feedback regarding the logistics. It seemed our van was mixed with passengers heading to Christchurch and others doing the Tasman Glacier track. On the way back, we also had to pick up people from nearby hotels heading to Queenstown. I’m not sure if this is really how the tour operates. I thought the tour was exclusively for the Hooker Valley Track and I think these extra drop-offs and pick-ups unfortunately cut into our hiking time. We arrived at Mt. Cook around 11:40 AM and had to be back at the van by 2:00 PM. This gave us only 2 hours and 20 minutes which is just enough time to reach the second bridge rather than the 3 hours I was told when I originally inquired. For many of us, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to do the track, and I was quite sad we didn't have enough time to finish it. I also felt that some of the stopovers on the way back, like the Salmon shop, were unnecessary when that time could have been spent hiking. I still had a great time thanks to Andy and will book/consider Cheeky Kiwi again for other tours. Thank you!

She was incredibly thoughtful, energetic, knowledgeable, and so patient throughout the entire day. We went in September so it was late winter/early Spring and unfortunately it rained a lot. The rain turned into snow when we went on the Hooker Valley Track hike, which was freezing cold but also kind of romantic. Our guide Nikki gave us clear instructions on what to expect during the hike and when to turn back in case we can't make it to the Hooker Lake. She was very friendly and helpful. Overall I'm happy with the trip and grateful that this option exists for people who don't drive.

The most amazing hiking experience ever. Stunning views and moderately easy to do. Definitely pack snacks because you will get hungry!

Our tour guide Paul was a legend. He was passionate and knowledgable about the tour, the land and the people as he drove us from Queenstown to Mt Cook. He even gave some bonus Māori language lessons. It was a brilliant and fun experience
