Mr. Thompson's story is very interesting. Guided tour in French during a reserved time slot. The explanations are perfect. The locations and the state of preservation are incredible. To get there, we used the boat on the Khlongs. It’s a place to visit!
We have been to Bangkok many times but have never got around to visiting this before. We had a spare morning so decided to give it a go. I was really pleased we went and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. You can just turn up and book on arrival you don’t need to go through an against and at 250 Bhat it is very reasonable. An English speaking tour guide is included in the price. The house and tour were fascinating with some beautiful exhibits. There is a shop here but it is very expensive.
