this was one of the best experiences we had while traveling through Italy. It was truly cooking with Nonna’s. I am so happy that we found this class. We did another class in Sicily, which was also very good, but I have to say the setting and the instruction was just a lot of fun.

Super fun and very friendly women. Loved it! The food was very good.

We had the BEST time during this class! It was the favorite part of our trip to Ischia! From the second we met Catrin at the meeting point we instantly felt welcomed. We shared so many laughs in her kitchen and made the most delicious food. We would love to take this class again!

Great experience! It is a must do while in Ischia. The location and experience were wonderful! They made making and cooking gnocchi so easy. The ladies created a fun environment, the scenery was beautiful, we had a great time and many laughs. Don't miss the opportunity to take this class !

An absolutely excellent experience learning how to prepare traditional dishes in a gorgeous family home!! The perfect experience for an afternoon or evening of delicious traditions & laughter ! They were so amazing , being willing to organize a class for my group of 12 friends in 24 hours. The instruction was hands on, informative and so much fun. 3 hours seemed like 30 minutes , we did not want to leave !! The fresh ingredients from their garden, the homemade wine from their neighbor were spectacular! The location was gorgeous with their huge private garden looking across to the castle and dining outside under a dreamy lemon pagoda . Catrin, Sara, & Daniela were fabulous teaches & hilarious.an absolutely PERFECT afternoon private-experience on Ischia!!

This was the highlight of our time in Ischia! The hosts were wonderful, kind and so welcoming. We felt like part of the family. The location was perfect. A beautiful kitchen I can only wish I had!!! We made a delicious meal which we sat on the beautiful porch and enjoyed as friends. I recommend this experience to everyone.

What a memorable experience! To me it felt like we were a part of their family for the evening. The house and kitchen were beautiful. The terraced gardens had every kind of fresh produce growing, chickens, rabbits, grapes. We learned hands on how to create the delicious food that we ate. Gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, calzone and tiramisu, all served with Ischian wine. Do not hesitate to book this experience!

Our group of 10 cooked, laughed and ate a delicious dinner in a true Italian setting. It was way more than I had expected. Our hosts/cooks were so warm and welcoming. Their home and grounds were amazing. It was an evening I will always remember!
