My drivers name was Farsad. He was simply a God. He’s very kind, professional, and patient. I was worried about getting a ride from the Vancouver Cruise Port to the airport and he made the process very easy. He communicated with me very well. That was so appreciated. His car was very clean and insisted on getting my way heavy bag out of the trunk. He definitely knows customer service. His professionalism was very appreciate and highly recommend.
Our driver communicated with us with clear directions on where to meet him, was on time and his vehicle was spotless
The business set an email a day prior to my arrival explaining where the pickup point is, then on arrival the texted directions again. Showed up in a Cadillac. Nice ride, effortlessly logistics

I had a great experience traveling from my hotel in downtown Vancouver to the airport. My driver, Farsad, was punctual, professional, and very friendly. Even though downtown was extremely busy because of the World Cup, he knew the best route and got me to the airport on time. The fare was also very reasonable, better than Uber! I highly recommend this service!
