I'm only reading it this way because I ordered my tickets with only half a day before the event I had meant to order the tickets for October and got them in September at the time I was in Maryland there was no way I was ever going to make it to New York City the next day I had wanted to get a refund but I had already purchased with less than 24 hours eliminating my ability for a refund so I had called to possibly at least reschedule it for October which is what my original intention was to begin with and made a ticket and called I've heard nothing back from anyone and pretty much lost my money and no one is helping me

I would NOT recommend this. Not worth the money. I would like to get a refund. When we entered the site no one even checked our passes.

Very fun and interesting. Each room have its own unique style and information about the killer. The first the Media.

After booking this, we got in line and was told we didn't have the proper pass to get on even though they could see I paid. Told me to call customer service at 9:30 at night. Finally one of the workers selling tickets was able to find what we needed, we got back in line and the first guys was very cocky over all the confusion. It also says it's a narrated tour....it's not! And they do not take you close to the stuff they advertise. We made the best of it and got some great pictures of the blue sky beams from the 911 memorial.

You should know that this place really makes you feel like you were a part of the investigative team.

It was amazing, if you’re a true crime junkie, definitely go see this. The VR experience was so fun.

3/4 of the whole experience is AI!! There’s no need for AI when everything about these killers is online or posted by the fbi etc. they tell you to not romanticize the killers during the beginning walk in then have multiple parts calling ted Bundy charming with candles that smell like his car and other peoples homes. They made these “scenes” but a lot were confusing and not explained at all or even accurate to the killer. Not worth the $40 ticket at all. I suggest skipping it and just learning your info from online as atleast they’ll explain and not act as if these killers are “cute”

It was the best tour I have been on and very emotional. The audio guide gave great background into the events and revival.

Not for true crime fans. Essentially just regurgitates Wikipedia stuff over and over again.
