what a lovely experience. the staff from the start were so helpful, the guide checked on on us at the beginning, the crew of the boat made sure we got on and off the boat safely and also made sure we knew to go up top for the best photos. the guide was very knowledgeable and had an east going manner. he was also very open to questions. also it wasn't too much, he left us to enjoy as well as giving us time for our tea. the afternoon tea was also lovely. not too much, just enough. the sandwiches were well made and the banoffee tart was delicious! (not a complaint, but an offer of a plain scone might have been good! as it was, I was happy to pick the sultanas out of mine - it was still lovely!) the boat ride itself was really peaceful and calm even though the river was busy. we felt really relaxed and there was ample time to see all the sights and enjoy the afternoon tea. 90 mins was bang on. the wait staff were so friendly and very accommodating. it was just a lovely trip. so glad I came across it and booked it.

This tea on the Thames exceeded my expectations! Wonderful tea, food, and boat. Brendan did such a lovely job with the tour and enhanced the whole experience even further. Cannot recommend this enough to those looking to do a boat tour in London.

Beautiful views and a good dinner as well. The trip was peaceful and relaxing. A must do when in London.

The guide was excellent and very informative! He was the best part. The food was just ok, service was pretty bad. She dropped the food and hot water off and never came back to ask if we'd like water or to order a drink, which we would've. Very few people on the boat so it wasn't because she was busy. That part was odd to us. We had a group of 4. Allow plenty of extra time to get from the city to the dock, took us almost an hour from Mayfair via taxi.

We enjoyed our time on the boat! The afternoon tea was alright; the views, service and guided tour made up for the price. You can even go upstairs to the deck to get an even better view. The experience is still quite new, but the quality is definitely there. If you have a budget and 'd like to see London from another angle, it's worth a try, especially when it's not too crowded.

Gorgeous activity for couples especially. We unfortunately had a terrible trip prior to this as the airline misplaced our bags and we lost some very important things so we were just having a rough time overall. However, Tea on the Thames changed everything. The tour guide was kind and exceptional at his job. The service staff was lovely and attentive. The food and tea selection was so comforting. And the views and photos opportunities were some of best I've had traveling, ever. Thank you to all involved for the wonderful time and for helping us feel at peace after days of nothing but stress. I would recommend Tea on the Thames to anyone visiting London or even anyone local who needs to find some peace in their hectic life.

This was fabulous excursion. The afternoon tea had a delicious assortment of sandwiches, scones and sweets. Service was great. We cruised down the Thames with Brendan narrating and telling us the history of what we were seeing. Definitely glad we booked this tour
