Yaya (not sure how you spell his name) was an excellent guide. He spoke clearly and was very knowledgeable. All the information provided was very interesting and also clear and understandable. The tour proceeded at a steady pace, but a wealth of information was provided in simplified language. The Basilica itself is AMAZING and a reflection of Gaudí’s brilliant mind and amazing spirituality. We would not have been able to get the most out of our visit to the Basilica had we not done this tour, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit the Sagrada Familia Basilica.

The church was beautiful! Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the church. The "skip the line" was long! I can't blame Viator. Apparently, the area was way more crowded than normal. Took quite some time just to get in the door. The weather was pretty warm but since we went around 5:15 it wasn't as bad. There is really no place to sit outside (or inside unless you sit in what is called the mediation area) so it can be a bit difficult for those who can't stand for long periods of time. If you do go later in the day, you will see beautiful colors radiating from the stained glass windows. Our guide was also helpful in getting us a cab and sending us off in the direction of our next event we had planned. We have always taking guided tours when out of the country and have gotten somewhat "lost" without a guide. Having him catch a taxi for us and explain to the driver what we were looking for was very helpful. There was a little confusion on exactly where the tour group was supposed to meet. We found the address but it was the location of a large souvenir shop. There were tour groups inside and outside. Most people we asked had no clue where we needed to be. A more specific meeting location would have been helpful (inside/outside, left or right side of store, front or back??)

We had an absolutely wonderful guided tour (1.5h approx.) of the Sagrada Família with Adelina. She was incredible—so kind, warm, and exceptionally knowledgeable. What made the tour truly special was the way she pointed out all the intriguing, subtle symbols and hidden details throughout the basilica that we would have completely missed on our own. This tour was very easy to book. The price was reasonable especially when the specific day that we wanted was sold out on the Sangrada website. We took a taxi to the address provided, it would have been helpful to know that we actually met inside at the Reigel store across the street. I called Viator for help locating the tour guide, and received excellent customer service the assistant stayed on the phone with me until I walked in the store. Our tour guide was very welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate about the Sangrada Familia. The headsets were very helpful during the tour as it was very crowded. Overall a very good experience and we were glad we got to see the inside since only seeing the outside in 2024.

The best way to tour is in small group with personal stories. Marco was professional and patient with our full group while it was unbearably hot
