Directions to meeting place was incorrect. Missed your because when correct location was reached tour was already gone. Via tour after numerous phone calls couldn’t help out Missed everything.

Terrible experience- we arrive on time at the designated meeting spot- no guide - no answer to messages and when we called after 8 mins we’re told they had left and we were a no show! No refund - this company is a rip off

This tour was amazing. No words can describe the beauty of the asagrada Familia. It is massive and absolutely jaw-dropping. Our tour guide was great and so very knowledgeable about the church and Gaudi. It was a wonderful experience. Having a guide to explain what you are seeing was the best, I learned a lot and really appreciated it more knowing what everything was and why they were there. I would recommend this to anyone planning to visit, it is so worth it!!

Given the wrong address for meeting point. My family, as well as 3 other groups showed up (14 people total) and there was no guide. The address given was about 8 minutes away from Sagrada Familia. We all headed back toward the Sagrada Familia and eventually found where the meeting point should have been but no guide there either. Several of us tried contacting the guide before the tour asking where the meeting point was with no answer. Between the 14 guests, we called 5 separate time only to all be hung up on. My refund was denied after I emailed saying there was no guide and we did not attend the tour. Tickets were sold out for the next 2 days and we left Barcelona, without see Sagrada Familia. Extremely disappointed and this felt like a scam since there were so many other families that had the same issue

The tour itself was wonderful. The meeting place was extremely difficult to find with the little information from Viator.

It was an amazing tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about Sagrada Familia! Truly enjoyed my time and highly recommended to use Viator and book online 2 months before your trip.

Visiting Sagrada Familia is a must in Barcelona and our guide grew up in the City and gave an amazing tour with lots of interesting background information. We were there at the golden hour which is surreal. Highly recommend that in the summer. My only criticism is that the cost of this tour was more expensive than it was worth. We did not get to go upstairs or do anything special.

Excellent knowledgeable guide, so great to be able to skip the queue especially as it was a very hot day. It can get hot inside the familia Sagrada so be prepared. Guide answered questions and we were able to go up the towers which we didn’t know about beforehand. This is a separate cost at the location.

Raul was a fantastic guide and great local knowledge. Without him, we would not have enjoyed Salgrada Familia as much as we did.
