⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the Skip-the-Line Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel ticket. From the moment I made the booking, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The instructions were clear, the meeting arrangements were well organized, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Most importantly, the skip-the-line service saved us a great deal of valuable time and made our visit much more comfortable and enjoyable. We purchased our tickets online and was given a coupon which we had to use to redeem our tickets, when we went to the address provided to redeem the tickets we were told there were none left and we have not received our money back either
Shame on Viator! Wow, $25 tickets for $95! I was rushing to get these booked, thinking that I was getting a tour of the Vatican and ended up just getting skip the line tickets worth $25, but still paid $95 for them. I trusted Viator to screen for value and they didn’t. That’s on me too for not comparison shopping better, but it doesn’t look good on them either. The ‘ticket scalper’ even gave us a phony address as a meeting point (a nonexistent address number that fell between two real numbers). He met us as we confusingly looked for his storefront. I got screwed and will be looking elsewhere for tour bookings in the future. Too bad as I’ve used Viator more than a dozen times in the past.
