Purchasing the tickets was not an issue. I pressed “get tickets” on TripAdvisor and it stated an email was sent stating I would have to go to a location to pick up my tickets. However, I then get what appears to be an electronic ticket with a bar code. Apparently, this is a ticket to get the real ticket to get into the cathedral. Such an unnecessary step and particularly confusing when I have other emails and tours from TripAdvisor and all send messages. You then have to download an app on your phone to load their audio guide however you could have learned most, if not all that information inside the church. They had QR codes that you. Could click on and get info as well as signs outside each location. We still had to wait in line to get in but this was only about 15 minutes. I don’t know How long the wait would have been if I had not. Also, I did not see guidelines on dress Code. You will be turned away if your shoulders are not covered. They do sell a $3 navy scarf to cover your shoulders

Beautiful church, fantastic tower with wonderful view.

I've booked on Viator because it seemed nice and collecting the tickets was easy. The person in the office was nice and talkative. She also gave us some recommendations about some places to visit.
