We've taken many cruise excursions before, and one thing we appreciated here was the smaller group size. It was much easier to hear the guide and move around Bruges without constantly waiting for large crowds. The transportation was comfortable, pickup was exactly where described, and the guide was both professional and approachable. We spent our free time exploring little side streets and finding a bakery recommended by the guide. The entire day felt relaxed instead of rushed, and arriving back at the port early removed any worries about the ship's departure.

After waiting 1.5 hours at the meeting point, we messaged, emailed, and called and were told very rudely that the bus would come at 8:45. So there was only ONE tour. And the lady showed up about 9:00 !
